Freedom Is Not Free; Wreaths Across America

This is all the governemnts doing. Those bastards. Why must people feel they need to carry a gun to be free? Sounds liek paranoia. Poeple act as if they are being oppressed. Makes me mad and sad. May these poor misguided folk rest in peace. They ahd the right idea but our leaders dont.

I've been to this military cemetery, in the Presidio of San Francisco. It's a very powerful place to be, more so than any typical cemetery, due to there being graves there that date back all the way to the civil war.

While I care little for war, be it just or not, I can't help but show respect for people who died, not to preserve "freedom", but so that others didn't have to.

We're here today because our ancestors either survived, or didn't have to fight because of the people in those graves.

example: middle east, vietnam, cuba, these people dont want to take your freedom they just want you to stop interfering with their countries, now that the US has interfered they arent just going to take it lying down, its like stirring up a wasps nest. freedom is free, its just your leaders would have you think otherwise because war is their tool: you get attacked, your leaders can basically point their finger at anyone and use it as a mandate to do whatever they see fit. who suffers? the troops

i have equal respect and pity for the men and women who are in service, but i wouldnt attribute any freedoms you have to their fighting overseas, maybe world war 2, but after that? i dont think so. freedom comes from those who demand it from their leaders and take action to prevent the erosion of those freedoms. it seems to me there is a total paranoia in the US that if you stopped fighting your country would collapse, the only reason you are attacked is because you try to regulate other nations

Do you have any more educational videos that could be of use of public safety? It may not be the right forum to post this question, but I'd like to see more educational videos regarding serving the community and supporting the local police and fire departments. We live during the time of hardship brought by the terrorist attack in the city of my birth. Had I stayed in NYC, I would have fully supported the NYPD and the NYFD.

Freedom IS free, it's just our leaders put a price on it out of their own greed.

If there were no flags and no gods, not one single person would ever have to die for "freedom". Humanity would be united in peace, as it should be, and we would have nothing to do but work towards our own self-improvement, as humans.
