I like your theory but to do that would involve the coaster crossing the CSX railroad right of way. CSX is very protective of their R.O.W. Also, notice early in your shot the power lines in the background. Virginia Power right of way. But don't worry, there is a 1/2 mile long strip of land extending south of the park from the area currently being cleared. Perhaps the old Lion Country Safari site? Plenty of room for a Giga! Check google maps to see what I mean.
