Miata Big Guy modification, gas pedal and seat at Mike's Place

Hi I love early Gen. Miata.and i' m in the process of owning one . Want to know in which model you are sitting in , a NA or NB ? I'm not very very tall -6'4''- but I've got an inseam of 39 " so I always wonder if it's possible to cut the verical floor paner( rear axe hump in fact ) beneath the driver seat and put a new one in a more aft position ( just 3 or 4 '' aft ) without touching drive train & or suspension component . Thank in advance

just bolt the seat to the floor look lower feel lower and u dont feel like your on the car but in it u should up load a vid on how to
