I like this a lot more than your cover of Three Little Birds, and my only qualm with this one is you're a tad heavy on the guitar. Half or a quarter as many strums would quiet it down just enough in the quieter parts that the louder parts would sing that much more when you throw in the extra strums. Hope I'm making as much sense as I think I am... you're very talented, keep at it!
Actually, that's what a good cover is, in my opinion anyway. Taking someone elses song and making it your own. Each version of a song should have a different spin on it. I think that's what a lot of people miss when they make a cover. They just sing it as close to the original as they can.
You have a beautiful voice and a shakira-like style! But I'm gonna be an ass and post the first negative criticism here :p I think you use too many ad libs, and that sort of 'contradicts' the humble and precious feel of the song.. if you know what I mean.. anyway thats just my opinion.
I could still only dream of having such a great voice though :)
