Pretty much. It is actually very simple, but it is a helpful program for doing it for you.

Cheat engine can get a lot more complicated, Windows Pinball does not use anything special, so you just can scan for exactly the number, and changing it changes it to what you put it as.

Idiot, Cheat Engine is a very common use of hacking games, and is very popular, with no viruses or spyware. I didnt even ask you to download anything, due to that most people that look at these videos are using Cheat Engine.

Of course you can CHEAT on games, but that is limited, and I only used Windows Pinball as an example because it was probably the easiest thing for newer people to it to hack.

Don't post stupid crap until you look at "Related Videos" Most of them who are hacking have CE.
