How do you get the Xbox LIVE achievements? I've gotten well over 50 kills and STILL haven't gotten the rookie achievement.

When playing multiplayer, you have to finish the round and not leave in the middle of it in order to get the achievements. The kills/frags keep adding up from round to round, and you don't have to do them in one day, which means you can get 15 frags in one round in one day, 20 in another day, and so on, until you get the 50/100 frags.

It's rediculous, you only have to beat the game on Ultra Voilence though for the achievements the first three episodes are possible but on 4 it's just about impossible.

No man, on Episode 4, not 4 peoples. It's really really hard to beat it on Episode 4. Not impossible but pretty damn close to it. For the last time You Can't get the achievements in C0-0P mode only in single player. You can only get the deathmatch ones. Which are like kill 50 people and kill 100 people or whatever. All the other achievements have to be achieved in single player you Can't do any of them C0-0P. Which totally sux ass.

Yea i know me and my friends did almost the same thing maybe a little more than an hour and found we werent getting the achievements. It would be rediculously easy because even if your scared you and your friend couldent beat it then you just have one guy not move and stay at the start point and when you die you spawn next to him and go right back in so you really couldent lose. Yea and if you try to get it by yourself Episode 4 gets way way harder.

i think they should make Doom 95 HD, same doom 95 but with more detailed hd gfx, like the walls textures arnt so blocky and actually look nice, or a couple more frames for characters. and enabled free look and improved sound quality or all arount different sounds for the monsters.

Doom on consoles suck. If you want to play real Doom online you might as well get the PC version and go play Skulltag, Zdaemon, or Odamex. In Skulltag it even allows for 32 players and has several new game modes like Last Man Standing, Capture the Flag, and Instagib. All 3 allow for custom levels, which is something the Xbox version doesn't have. Doom isn't free, but these 3 source ports that allow you to play it online are.
