proton can make good cars if they put some effort in it.. what i am currently experiencing is that (I bought a Neo CPS) they are lacking in quality of the car (all sorts of problems, from brakes to paint job) and the after sales services which till now is still not yet solved (after 6 month of receiving my car).. i believe they can be better, but proton have to make a paradigm shift within proton itself.. you can proton!

the design is very very good as for all the other proton car...
but the engine is the main thing i will look in to and the material for the car as well...
