Most forces/entities you may encounter will do you much good, but evil beings can harm you and even kill you, if you let them. Some may be ETs while others are from here. Their energetic / mental power is usually greater than yours, so it is advisable that you do NOT try to do this by yourself, all alone. The presence of more persons can give you higher chance of getting out of their control if you need it.
It is nice that you have open hearts filled with kindness and universal love. These strong feelings can disarm many beings whose souls are "unbalanced" or out of harmony with God and Nature, and keep you out of harm and trouble. You must be very cautious though. When practicing transcendental meditation you "open your defenses" (by definition) and you may contact several forces, beings and entities while doing it. Thus, try to never meditate in too agitated, unbalanced environments.
Thank you for sharing your experience, James. You have my full support on the topic. I think by spotting the UFO you have raised your frequency of your mind and got rid of the veil of all doubts and apprehensions or whatever rather than the UFO lowered their frequency so that you can see it. Most people do not spot UFOs cos they either discredit the whole idea or vibrate on low frequency. I have seen similar phenomenon in the starry sky. Seems like UFOs frequent on earth...

It's weird how so many people have been programmed by the media to instantly switch to "nutter, alert-mode" as soon as they hear the acronym UFO! We are taught that the universe is teeming with countless suns, and while most scientists openly believe there is intelligence out there, it is somehow considered crazy to believe that some of them have figured out the secrets of interstellar space travel!.. Humans!
