What happens when your skill are maxed out upon leveling up does it let you go straight to the perk screen...or are you stuck on the level up skill point screen. I would appreciate a quick response as I have been wondering about this for weeks now, and I can't get a straight answer online.
@Renma2010 idk dude once i got all my skills up to 100 i pretty much stopped playindg then i got the broken steal addon and there was no point to it lol i didnt even make it to lvl 30. but from i remember its been along time but i think it just takes you to the perks screen sorry for no reply. and im trying to do this on vegas but i think its impossible and its like playing f03 all over again i really miss gaming fo3 tho.
@nickoberer Thanks but after restarting about 40x I've given up on Fallout 3. One reason: getting to the ass end of the game then figuring out that I can get all my special up to ten if I follow a very convoluted lvl up plan...I've never beat the game either.
Its possible, you can get to level 30, bobble heads, skill books, and the perk that gives you 2 points per book. I did this, but not by level 20, i was like lever 28 or 29. max stats by 20 is impressive...

@nickoberer I got the Caravan pack, i liked it the most. I also like the tribal pack. The Hardcover guide wont fall apart as easily, plus i love NV...

@LiquidWaffle start a new game play on very hard thats what im doing... well its your choice but u know that operation Anchorage glitch. DUDE last night i took a fat man, mini gun, Jingwei's Shocksword all with infinte durability through the simulator which ive never done so im kinda stoked about that. thought i had to tell someone who understands fallout like me. kinda random
@nickoberer I don't usually glitch, even on single player games. I never heard of that glitch. I really only play on very hard difficulty, its just not going to be the same as hardcore mode. I can't wait to get hardcore!
only put 23 points to each stat because getting 10 luck gives all your stats a 2 points boost and since there are bobble heads that give 10 points to that stat it makes them all at 50 then the skill books do the rest :D but u need comprehension
