  • The conclusion you are supposed to reach, the solution that the general population is supposed to beg for - is that the government has complete control over the internet because only government people are perfectly altruistic, and non government people are lazy, unsecure, and greedy.

  • "The big electric generators are expensive and no longer made in the US."=We're screwed.

  • lies lies lies LIES how fcukin stupid do these assholes think we are?????

bunch of wankers and there stupid scare tactics TIME TO WAKE UP TO THESE ASSHOLES PEOPLE..... and by the way did you see how they are trying to change what people think the AURORO PROJECT IS???? oh and lets throw 9-11 in there just to add to the scare tactics....

  • so hm....they say....that the essential problem is that its possible to tell the machine to destroy itself....so hey the solution is quite easy...just implement a read-only-chip with some values that should never be reached...these values should been around 90% or 95% of the REAL critical limit and its all done....because to change a read only memory chip is just quite harder and should require you to be at the machine....

this should work just fine, shouldnt it??

  • @hatecrewblaze

No, it’s not a good idea. Are you involved with engineering? These idiots ONLY care about price? Do you have a Toyota? People died! If you put the Internet into a generator controller, people will die? Do you know how big net code is like TCP/IP? Just like Morton Thiokol, that engineer saw a problem. The Challenger still crashed! Look at the whole picture not just what you would do. Look at what THEY will want. Don’t forget you work for these idiots; they do not work for you. ;)

  • @saturn5tony

sorry not involved with engineering...was just my first logical thought. yes i know how big TCP/IP Code is ^^ No don't have a Toyota. Honda Civic <3 :D Thanks for your Comment

  • @hatecrewblaze

Ask why Microsoft does NOT make Virus detection software and ask yourself WHY YOU HAVE IT.

Seems you should be OK with out it now...........shouldnt it?

  • @hatecrewblaze

With your thoughts HCB..... I rest my case..... my GOD I hope your not into engineering...........

    8O

  • congress lies 2 fuck em all

  • the blackouts in brazil were not a hack attack, that was a misinformed rumor that spread like wildfire, turns out it was a build up of debrie on some equipment, yet you idiots are re-gurgitating the shit still to this day.

  • @XxxxETAxxxX

Thank you for your detailed assumption, you will be noted by this. Also re-gurgitating does not have a hyphen and debrie is spelled wrong, maybe your assumption is also wrong as well, but thank you for adding your view.

  • @saturn5tony Its not an assumption, lrn to google. Its a fact.

  • thumbs up if u were watching more 4 at 11pm

  • Think you have a security issue? Take it off the net. All is BS IMO.

  • @cuv4xd

Well the next time you have to replace your hard drive because a virus takes it down, think of that as far as motivation the hackers will have with our power grid. Try to open your eyes. Look deeper into the technology like I have.

  • @saturn5tony What are you talking about? Elaborate further with your deeper understanding of the technology as to why the HELL they can't take it all off the net. Our critical systems should NEVER have any way to be accessed from outside their own buildings. Period.

  • But the hacking power to do this would be well..hard even if you thought about it you would need to link up so many zombies. I been doing Computer Security and Consulting for 16 years and those guys that are testing the servers have a advantage they know the system, they know what its running..compared to a blind hacker they do it be skill and research. Back in the 80's and early 90's it was possible cause low security.

  • So this could blow an oil rig like the Deepwater Horizon.....I'm adding this to my Playlist. BP OIL CONSPIRACY.

  • @therealjamesbud

If they connect the internet to an oil pumping generator, a hacker would be in virus heaven, if he succeeds, he may even be able to daisy change them all at the same time. Can you imagine how huge that would be? Our oceans would all turn dark brown and no one would see any fish, forever.

  • Confidential to saturn5tony: Al Qaeda = Al CIA-da.

    They are professionals all right.

  • More Booga Booga! We need to replace our current energy system and the power-supply cartels know it. TPTB get some "terrorist" to bring it down so a new one can go up. Check: "private industry's priorities are different from ours." No, they're not -- they both want taxpayer money. The new electrics are out -- China has a "over-unity device" which will break the grip of the global energy & power cartels. (China ain't gonna sell rare earth minerals, USA can't compete.)

  • I dont know. I think it was just embedded code that was probably a scripting language that had direct control over the processor that was running the engine. Obviuosly John worked for the generator company and knew what he was doing. Someone else would probably find it hard to do. A hacker would briefly, but he would find a way to get in. So would an Al-Qaeda professional.

  • what software is this

  • This was just a test by the generator comany to see if evil countries or hackers could shut down our power grid, and yes..they can. Someone may make a mistake and accidentally give it to them that works there. Or maybe they may get paid for it. Greed knows no bounds.

  • Of course the generators are connected to the internets!

  • the guy from 3:39 looks like he just smoked a blunt
