  • I love this workout. I do a slightly modified version that uses the door hook on the bottom of the door rather than standing on the cables because I find that a single band doesn't provide enough resistance but two is too much. The door hook allows me to get in between those two resistance levels which is ideal for me.

  • Safe to do this everyday?
