  • eu adoro esta musica, mas nao acho o video para baixar!

  • I need the instrumental of this song and this version. =/

  • Such an awesome version, this is. But of course I like Hirahara-san's version, too. ^____^

  • On which album is this song?

  • @TheFFGang excusively included in the japanese version of her international debut album entitled charice

  • @aregatokek Oh, ok. Thank you ^ ^

  • this song really inspires me....:)nice song...

  • I don't appreciate Charice much at first but upon hearing this version of Mikazuki sang by her, it's like I was taken aback for somewhat reason...She's soo cool singing this...Mikazuki makes me remeber my bestfriend who moved to Japan...Hearing the english of it makes me nostalgic! Great singing Charice!

I also hoped that she would sing an english version of Utada Hikaru's "First Love" and Yuna Ito's "Alone Again" :))

  • English Version ?

  • This song should be a theme for Tanabata, it kinda fits the theme(^__^) And seriously no comparison between this and Ayaka's version b/c they carry the same spirit.

  • its really touching...

  • ganda tlgA BOSES ni charice ...

  • Anyone canbecome a singer, but no one can have a voice like that. Charice is the most amazing singer of all times.

  • Charice, please make also a cover of my fave Japanaese song by Utada Hikaru called "First Love". It would sound great with your powerful vocals. Love Utada too!

  • also from Japan, new song Far As The Sky watch?v=gexax1lOvzI music video

  • she's a good singer she deserve all she got!!! mabuhay ka

  • honestly i like ayaka's so much better :/

  • Both Ayaka and Charice are really good. I like Ayaka's more since it's softer...idk it gives me goosebumps, it's nice. Charice's is really good too though.

  • Woow!

  • i hate you

  • @vpsam1218 hahahaha wt wrong wt u :)) cool bby :) love charice :)

  • AMAZING!!! i wish i could sing like her and meet ayaka!!! :)

  • I totally agree. Ayaka is such an incredible song writer. You should really check out "I Believe" and "Blue Days". Both songs have some of the most moving lyrics I've ever heard.

Japanese song writers deserve more recognition, am I right?

  • @SunStridar add "why" by ayaka, it's soooo awesome ^.^

  • omg it's summer

  • My predictions for Charice From June 2011 to June 2013 1. Best Female Performer in Grammy 2. Best Album of the Year ( Grammy) 3. Best Supporting Actress in Oscars 4. Best Actress in Oscars 5. Best Supporting Actress in Emmy 6. Best Actress in Emmy 7. Highest Paid young Actress in Hollywood 8. One of the richest in the world next to Oprah 9. Most influential woman in the world. 10. Highest Paid singer in the world.
  • @anromable: (: I really hope all these predictions will come true. Charice certainly deserved it. She is working hard to achieve everything. More blessings will come her way... Wooohoo,, way to go Cha !

  • @anromable ..i agree :)

  • I like how she sang this song. it sound so much more natural and more emotionally connected than when she belts out some of her other songs. Sometimes those are awesome too but I like her voice more like this tender and sweet with feeling.

  • Her lower register and tender tone is just delicious. I hope she'll have that in her new album too, not just the belting we all know she slays. And it'll probably not happen but it would be cool if the rest of the world hears this song.

  • rnb is simply one of music's best invention <3

  • WHY THE HELL IS THIS NOT ON ITUNES?!

  • FILIPINOS are good in speaking different language with a pleasant accent !

  • @okcthunderup07 --> IKR...

  • nice one...

  • Where is she from ?

    Maybe Thai?

  • @LAIRGAME2010 Philippines.

  • @KewlGawd Thank you for your answer.

    She is so cute!!

    But , she looks short!!

By the way , What language is spoken in Rhilippines?

English?I think so coz her English is so good.

Even though I am Japanese , I have been trying to use English so that I can live in U.S.A.

  • @LAIRGAME2010 Our official language is actually Filipino (a derivative of Tagalog). English is our second language, it is taught in schools starting from primary level. Though our country have over hundreds different of dialects.

  • @kaisaki1342 Thanks a lot!!

So , you guys speak English fluently?

    It is so great.

It is difficult for us to speak English coz Japanese is so different from English.

But I will do my best and I will become great English speaker.

  • @LAIRGAME2010 Not all, many have difficulty speaking English including me,more or less a confidence issue because of the accent that kind of stick in (f and p, v and b switching) and grammar. Many can read, write and comprehend in English just the speaking part is kind of difficult.

Your English is already good ^^.

  • @kaisaki1342 Oh,I see.

I am not good at English but I do my best for it.

    Thank you for your reply.

  • @LAIRGAME2010 oh, the language of Philippines is Tagalog. And goodluck with your English :D

  • @KewlGawd Thanks a lot.

    I'll do my best!!

  • @LAIRGAME2010 she's from the philippines

  • @LAIRGAME2010 she's from the philippines

  • nice

  • Watch "Charice: A Miracle" It's INSPIRING and HEARTBREAKING.

  • shetzula

May araw ka rin. Kapwa mo pilipino ginaganyan mo . iisa na nga ...

Nothing good to say ....tulungan mo na lang ...katulad mo , kailangan ng tulong ...sira ulo mo , kulang pa sa disiplina. Talon na lang sa ilog dre he he

Pakinabanga ka pa ng mga buwaya ng ABS-CBN he he TSUPI !

  • "Makes my ears feel lucky" :-)

  • Uhh...I think the lyrics are wrong :S

Like, "Too peaceful" should be "to be strong" and "glaze" should be "fades", "the same big star" should be "the same big sky" and stuff. :/

  • Love it where can I download this song?

  • charice best live singer in the world

  • shetzula =another PINOY CRABMENTALITY

  • RNB sucks!!!

  • @shetzula ur the sucksjealous

  • a lot better then the english cover of first love!!charice all the way!!

  • I hope Charice would also sing my favorite Japanese song called "First Love" by Utada Hikaru both in English and Japanese versions. It would also sound great if she woulf sing it.

  • Okay, I've heard Hayley Westenra, Charice and Ayaka's version. In my opinion, the one with most emotion is Ayaka, Hayley's version is enchanting, and Charice's vocally best. I like all three!

  • Really touchable & wonderful song..you are the best Charice

  • i love this version. charice really knows how to play with her voice. that's a true talent.

  • ang ganda ng kantang to taz si Charice pa ang kumanta

  • i listened to both renditions, the original was good and is so good, superb..

until i heard charice's version -- cha's voice touched me deeply -- it was very soulful, rich and moving. i head goosebumps listening to charice. oh cha! your voice is heaven-sent indeed

  • i love both this version and Ayaka's. They both have very different voices that are unique in different ways. I can feel the emotions in Ayaka's version and Charice has a really beautiful voice for someone her age. I love both of their versions; can't easily choose between the two of them :D

  • THIS SONG IS SO VERY SENTIMENTAL FOR ME. ITS NICE TO HAVE THE ENGLISH VERSION.. I LOVE IT :)

  • Maybe, you're seeing the same big star

A crescent moon, glaze into the night

    It's a night they're bringing us together

You know I love you more than ever

  • @macherielle blaze?

  • I love both Ayaka and Charice to BITS, and both their voices are beautiful in their own way. Both songs have their own appeal. And I say that Charice did much more than enough justice to Mikazuki, in her own style.

I don't see why they need to be compared.

  • @Rararak -nobody's comparing.., just listen to them both, and you will already hear the difference.

  • OMG she's even doing covers for japanese songs??!! O____O and this is one of my fav japanese songs!! gahh!!! :D i love you charice!!!!!!!!!!

  • Mizuki is my favourite and she translate it in english i love it

  • very emotional song... i love it! nice song! amazing charice!

  • no offense ka dyan offense mu mukha mu

  • DarkSantino25= pinoy crabmentality

  • @marlonkano very true. insecure lang yan kay charice.

  • ayaka's version is rock ballad and charice's is pop RnB. I love the song and it is good that a song, as great as this, will be sang in different ways.. Charice doesn't need to imitate ayaka's way of singing, we know that she can belt way way better..the arranger and charice simply wants a softer version..maybe for people who loves pop songs =)

  • @mb14344 i wouldn't say that she sings better, she just has a stronger voice. Ayaka's voice is softer than charices. they both have amazing voices ^^

  • @mb14344 Very true ^.^

  • where can we download this song?

  • wow

  • I was Impressed and cried. I am splendid!!

  • they're both nice version .. japanese and english .. they're both great singers..

  • I prefer the version when Charice sang this on the radio station. It was simpler and melodic. If you haven't heard that version I suggest you take a listen. Search for J Wave Radio. You can't really compare the two artists in a negative way. Ayaka owns this song, but I think Charice does it justice in respect to Ayaka.

  • Comparing Ayaka to Charice is like comparing an apple to an orange.

  • @algernondejesus more like an ant (Ayaka) to a Lion (Charice)

  • i prefer ayaka's version to this one, but I still like this one aswel. I'm pleased and impressed that the lyrics are mostly very similar/the same as the translation of the original. When english versions of foreign songs are made, I always think it is such a pity how they put completely new lyrics in.

  • ayaka's original version is way more better than charice's...

  • I think Charice could've done the Japanese version, I mean it's easy to pronounce anyway.

But I prefer Ayaka's version probably because it sounds better and it sounds right because I heard the Japanese Ver. first.

Not that I'm saying Ayaka is a better singer, I think they're equal and brilliant in there own voice and heart.

  • after listening over and over to both versions (charice and ayaka) ,i prefer charice's version better,,

  • I love Charice! But I do think Ayaka's Mikazuki should have stayed that way. ayaka no koe ga ichibann nannka kono kyoku ni attetashi :)

and I think they both have different types of voices. ayaka can't do chariceness. but charice can't really do the ayakaness either.

  • Charice is the best!

  • Ayaka mikazuki is a great singer guys, and the song does sound better in Japanese than in English. But to claim that Ayaka Mikazuki's voice is better than Charice's, you've got to be effin' deaf...

  • @teleseryeprincess, I AGREE.

As a music student, I must say Ayaka doesn't sing this song very well from what I've heard. Not to say she isn't a fabulous singer in her own way, I don't listen to her enough to be a judge of that... But comparing the versions of this song, Charice does a much better job.

  • Excellent as always from Charice. Charice is of course vocally superior than Ayaka (original Japanese singer) in every respect, but there's always something lost when original songs are translated. The original will always be the best since the melody is tailored for Japanese language, but you cannot deny that Charice has the perfect vocals for the English translation of this song!

    Brilliant!

  • @InspiredNote I agree... Charice does an honest English cover of this song, but do prefer the original. I am a HUGE Charice fan (had no idea who Ayaka was until 6 months ago), and I do no men to detract from her performance of this song in any way...

  • really love this song..♥♥♥

  • i wish that it would be used as the ending theme song for FFVIII for ps3 english version , and Ayaka's- Mikazuki for the FFVIII ps3 japanese version... (suggestions only) :D

  • Where's Charice, it's all instrumental.

  • I wish Charice would make a cover of my favorite Japanese song called "First Love" by Utada Hikaru. It would sound so great!

  • wow, it's weird to hear this in english since I'm used to Ayaka's japanese version but I love it and charice. :)

  • It sounds good!

    Keep it up Charice:-)

  • Nice cover, Charice! Way to go! We are proud of you!

  • Nice cover by Charice.

I'm kinda happy because she likes J-pop. Yay! Kalahi pala natin si Charice. xD

  • I actually like this song...

  • nice english version charice. how about future collaboration with Ayaka? #1 in japan

  • great!

  • SO CALMING SONG, i just fo love it a lot, charice you're my #1

so for success in life you inspire tons of filipinos

  • Umm . . . Can anybody tell me if this is in her new album or its just 1 song in an album . Coz I watch her performance in youtube and she said this song is included to her new album but IDK her new albums name is it only out in Japan or also here in U.S.A ? Pls . can someone tell me thank you . and umm . . . can you also add her new albums name . thank you very much .

  • @Daraof2NE1 this song is only for her Japan album, u can buy her japanese album online :D

  • wonderful version...

can't believe she created such a wonderful version of this song out of the original from ayaka which is already great as it is....

  • Ayaka's verion is more mellow than Charice's version. . Charice kinda placed some R&B style in this song. . sooooo HUSH people. . don't compare their version. LOL. xD

  • hi,, i really really love the song,, can you please send the audio to my email; lady_jurina@yahoo.com,,, please thank you=)

  • tis song is really good and sweet

  • where can i donload this song?

  • Wow, she's really growing big now. And not BIG, as in physically... but BIG, as in she's turning to a real superstar. Good for her.

  • @DarkSantino25 yeah coz ayaka's version is the original and i agree with you but charice in my opinion did great singing the english version of the song.. The song is really good.. the lyrics, tempo, etc.. japanese songs is really amazing.. love the song..

  • whats her full name?

  • @RockinNaliet03 Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco or otherwise known as Charice.

  • waaaah!! 2months ago pa nrelease toh?? kat tagal q tong hininty... huhuhu ang ganda khit forced ung lyrics... carry ni CHA.. love it! naiiyak aq... (T.T) =>wait. nbasa q lng xa comments ng iba na #1 toh xa jap ngaun.. AS IN?!?!!?! omo!!

  • Who produced the song? I like her "Charice" album but it was not a mesh with her voice the r&b, US pop. She should really bring asian pop, all the style to America. Asian pop is foing to catch on here in US, i can just feel it and starting to notice lots of different ethnicties listening to asian pop. She should really take this oppurtunity and work with top-notch asian producer from all countries. And this song suits her voice perfectly. This is the most I typed in youtube comment box. hahaha

  • I want this song badly!!! Where can I download it legally, or when will it be release in USA?

  • OMG!! a fellow Filipina made an english version of my favorite song from my favorite artist (ayaka)!!! now you made me proud! a bit different but nice version!

  • The lyrics in Charice's version sound totally forced. Besides, Ayaka is a true artist who writes her own music while Charice clearly does not, so there really is no comparison.

  • @Nari347 So? are you finished? do you understand the word english version? I mean capital E_N_G V-E-R-S-I-O-N? it doesnt say original version so NARI247, common sense pls?

  • Comment removed

  • try to watch Charice in the noodles commercial when she was a lil bit younger, just type Charice: lucky lucky me. she's cute there :o)

  • @kixcorner well... if you would say about the "the language you can understand" (since I can understand both), I think Hayley Westenra's english version is much better... charice's lyrics don't really rhyme and sounds like it hasn't been thought about deeply... and Hayley was the first to make an English version by the way... have a look, and compare.. ^_^

  • hmmm.. I like the Original Japanese version Mikazuki by Akaya better! I think charice tried too hard and just ruined the song! watch the orignal song and tell me im wrong! peace out.. ^_^

  • @koji143 MOSTLY THE ORIGINAL IS BETTER THAN COVER BUT THAT ONE IS JAPANESE AND THIS ONE IS ENGLISH I PREFER THE LAST MY 2 CENTS OPINION

  • @fanicharice well.. when it comes to the english version... I think that Hayley Westenra's version is much better... charice's lyrics don't rhyme much and don't fit... try watching it.. and you can compare... ^_^

  • I really, really love this song. I've heard of the original version by Ayaka, and as much as I can feel the emotion in the melody and her singing, I could not absorb it since I didn't know what Ayaka was singing about. Charice really did an awesome job here.

  • OMGWHHYYYYY???!!! why do they have to translate mikazuki in english? it's better in japanese. dont get me wrong, I like Charice but this just sounded a bit weird and... not as emotional as Ayaka's japanese version.

people are gonna hate me for this ):

  • @Nari347 SO? yeah yeah yeah. NARI347 you are number one. You are the best of all the best, unbendable, unbreakable. Satisfied? Point is, dont listen to this version. If u dislike it. I mean go for your 'prefered' version, then shut your mouth. Simple.

  • I have a soft spot for the Japanese version, especially when Ryeowook of Super Junior covered it, but this is amazing!!!!!! I really look up to Charice. TwT

  • @26citabensurto- is that for real? that great.... i love this song its realy relaxing... i always listen to this song... to all help me where can i download this song because i have already the MP3 format so that i can share it with you

  • Two people who don't like, you probably have to check your disability. Or you may be listening disability at least. sorry for that ...I know the people who dislike are anti-Charice song. And jealous that she has more respective performance than yours....!!!

  • guys i have already the MP3 format of Crescent Moon.... but i don't know to share it guys

  • can't understand her lyrics..sorry...not so clear..i still like the original..

  • I love this song. Charice sings it with such emotion too!! can't get enough of it.

  • japino rulez =)

  • can i attached a video? thanks...

  • HUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUSAD CHARICE

  • her live performance on a radio station is better

  • singing along this song makes me hav goosebumps

    the lyrics are so sad

  • I kinda like Ayaka's original better :) But Charice's good though'

  • omg~ she covered one of my favourite jap song EVER! BEAUTIFUL~

  • Can I get the mp3 please.. ^_^
