Carver did a nice job on "Living Next Door To Alice" as well. I wonder whatever happened to him.

He was a 1 hit wonder. As of a few years ago, he owned a skating rink in Lebanon, TN and hosted a dance there on Saturday nights.
He did have a nice voice and should have done more, but I suppose it wasn't meant to be.
He released a new cd about 5 or so years ago, but I don't think it did very well.
