  • yeahh great song

  • Exellent example of NWOBHM!!

  • This was one of the most important EP's ever! All the songs were great! Heavy, fun, cool shit! Love this! AWESOME!

  • Have they ever reformed?

  • Simply great stuff, one of the better nwobhm bands, this is what it was all about, perfect combination of heavy riffing with melody, shredding leads and great vocals.

  • Takes me back to high school

  • Something which might be of interest to fans of AIIZ is that contrary to belief Simon Wright and Tony Backhouse are the rhythm section on the ‘No Fun After Midnight’ EP even thought the silhouettes on the cover are those of the Owens brothers, Carl Reti and Cam Campbell.

Simon Wright’s history post AIIZ is well documented. Tony Backhouse went on to writing folk music, much of it nationalist folk: he is now signed up to the BNP’s radio RWB.

  • @DrSilverful no they arent... karl reti is on drums.. he left the band after this when they started making pop stuff like ringside seat and im the one who loves you.. those are the only to the simon is on

  • I noticed that alot of bands like to use similarites to the Tush-ZZ Top riff and why not, it is a great fucking ass riff! A II Z! \,,/

  • Brilliant! I saw this team at the Civic Hall in Hazel Grove around 78/79, they were brilliant, some serious scorpions influence going on...Blinding!!!!
