I just don't understand. The Bible says Jesus will punish mockers, but he's also saying he will laugh and mock the ones that don't obey him when calamity strikes. He's telling us not to mock but it's ok for him to do the mocking.

I think he's referring to natural consequence. It is pretty funny when that happens. I guess he's saying not to interfere with the process.
