@darkwindow31 Just because you don't see any there doesn't mean there aren't any anywhere, lodges are generally made up of people from the local area, so if there aren't many people from ethnic minorities in the area there aren't going to be many masons from minorities in that lodge, and as there may be several lodges using the same building it could be that they're in another lodge.

@darkwindow31 Just because you don't see any there doesn't mean there aren't any anywhere, lodges are generally made up of people from the local area, so if there aren't many people from ethnic minorities in the area there aren't going to be many masons from minorities in that lodge, and as there may be several lodges using the same building it could be that they're in another lodge.

@mariusdire For example, my area is maybe 99% white, so the vast majority of members are, in London about an hour's drive away there's a much greater diversity. Over in the USA there's Prince Hall Masonry as well which was for a while the only way for black men to become masons, and is still from what I understand where the majority of black masons join, although most PH Grand Lodges and State Grand Lodges recognise each other so joining one means you can visit the other.
