ok im just gonna get to the chase sasuke doesn't kill orouchimaru he justed consealed inside his curse mark with his stage 2 chakara then when sasuke fights Itachi sasuke gets to exsausted then orouchimaru accedentialy slips out of sasuke but Itachi makes really really really quick work with him so sadly Itachi kills Orouchmaru and sasuke turns back to sasuke with with a curse mark then Itachi runs low on powerand before he dies in front of sasuke he taps him on the head like he used to do.
