I wish people would wise up now. Constitution Party and Libertarian Party should replace Republican Party and Democrat Party respectively. Then we'd be able to work with each other and introduce bills which would boost the economy, save the Republic and give back Americans their jobs and their futures. Republicans are missing it. For Jim DeMint to speak like this it's all the more evident Ron Paul and state reps who have already endorsed him are right. Ron Paul with Jim DeMint is an ideal ticket. Both are for sound money, DeMint voted against the "monster bill" Obama signed on New Years, both are rational at making real cuts and layers of bureaucracy, and bankers and media do not like both of them.

This Floridian is voting Ron Paul and either way will NOT vote for Obama in November.

This is not an endorsement. I say the same things about Paul and his take on Banking and the whole lack of moral character in the way our Government handles the money we are forced by volunteering it to the IRS. (Voluntarily, is the word used in the tax structure to explain how they get our money....) However, just because I can say there are things that I agree with him on does not mean I would ever endorse him. It doesn't mean Jim DeMint would vote for him either.

everyone in media seems to be concerned about AGE and I always find it amusing...

i know many people in 80s and 90s (like my grandmothers, 93 and 95!) who, like Ron Paul, are full of energy and have their minds clear. They don't feel old at all. I also know many sluggish people in their 40s and 50s with brain fog.

Mr DeMint does more harm than good. He is basically marginalizing him in a polite way. He is rejecting Mr Pauls national defense position, by not mentioning it. This is ignorance to a large degree. Mr Pauls position on defense is the only position that sound money can afford. Mr DeMint is talking out of both sides of his mouth. You can't pursue foreign intervention unless you have a dishonest paper currency.
