  • listen up guys !!!! the key to reduce body fat is going to be nutrition. U will have to lower your carbs and upper your protein intake. Also, eat healthy fats.... Don't cut all your carbs at once...do it gradually over time nd u will see the change. good luck !!!!!

  • @Xredbeast eggs dont suck.. Lol look if you are going to eat eggs you have to eat them boiled not fried and yes once the egg is boiled take out the yellow stuff and just have the white part. The yellow part is full with cholesterol and bad fats... Im 19! yeah summer is here time to take my shirt off O.o ahahahhaha ladiesssss

  • @Xredbeast dont eat fried eggs lol! and remember to take out the yolk. Im actually light weight and i still dont understand why maybe i have a disease or something which makes my bodys metabolism be very fast. Im actually about 124 pounds or so but all muscle hahha

  • @sirmixaloot78416587 Yeah hard boil the eggs its healthier. Look you can only do one thing at a time either build musle or get ripped. Building muscle involves eating more calories than you expend for example if i burn 2000 calories every day in order to build muscle i have to eat 2500 calories daily. Vice versa with losing body fat if i burn 2000 a day i gotta eat 1400-1500 calories. If you wanna know how many calories you burn daily use this calculator. ill post it in another reply

  • @sirmixaloot78416587 This is inaccurate, you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Muscle cannot be built faster by taking in an extreme amount of calories, that's a myth.You simply need the proper macronutrient divisions in your calories and the proper increases in calories by 2700 a week for every pound of muscle you gain. Yes it's difficult to lose fat while building muscle because of this careful balance, but it is very possible, I've been doing it steadily for the past six years

  • @daonlypoo ok maybe it is possible but the gains are going to be so minimal and slow it doesnt really do any good plus your diet is going to be way expensive.

  • @sirmixaloot78416587 They will be slower yes but still certain circumstances warrant it. See I used to be about 300 pounds of fat, worked hard dropped to 185, and promised myself I'd never gain any fat again. I'm now back up to 206 pure muscle gain after years of hard training and proper diet and I'm happy to report I havent gained any fat at all. Yes it was a long and slow process, but rewarding as well I feel. Though I do see your point as well and I can see what you're saying.

  • @Xredbeast The bad thing about potatoe is that as soon as it hits your system it turns into sugar. Sugar drives insulin, insulin drives fat storage, i suggest you replace potatoe with any type of legumes. They are better because they are packed with protein and also have calories for energy. I forgot to say you also need to have an intake of Good fats... I made it really simple, i used Olive Oil which is a good fat to dress my salads and i had one handfull of almonds per day good fats also.

  • @Xredbeast ok if you ever want to be ripped you need to stop eating potatoes and whole wheat bread.. whole wheat bread is just another food that the diet industry wants you to consider as "healthy" but that is really storing fat in your body. brown rice ahh i dont know much about it but i guess maybe its ok. besides that its all good. I drank 1 glass of milk withought fat with my whey and it worked wonders.

  • @Xredbeast One meal per week should be cheat meal that means you eat a high caloric meal for example have a hamburger with fries and onion rings, ice cream for dessert =). This will boost your metabolism and you will burn more fat trust me it works. Eat a lot of protein and remember that the most important meal of the day is your post workout meal. I suggest Whey ON protein best quality and has only 110 calories per serving. Good luck! ask me anything you doubt about.

  • @Xredbeast what about food do you eat white carbs? Pasta,rice,bread, potatoes fried food? DONT EAT THOSE never, you only get carbs from Fruits and Vegetables. Now since fruits and vegetables do not have calories you need to get energy from legumes like pinto bens, or lentils among others they have calories and are packed with protein. I would recommend a deficit of 500-600 calories a day that way you lose around 1.1 pounds per week withought losing muscle. I will continue my anwser hold on

  • I totally agree with everything you said, but resistence trainning with weights, ie bench press, bicept curls squats ect, burns callories. And if your at a callorie deficit, this will also burn your fat storage.
