This is somewhat of a disappointing review.

The reviewer spent the entire duration of the review looking at the interior and the so-called 'convenience' options!

Touareg is an extremely capable and reliable offroader and many people (who are well informed) purchase this vehicle for that exact reason.

Sure, it would be nice to have an in-dash 10 disc changer, harddrive-based navigation system, and a one-touch seat folding mechanism, but that's not really the point of this vehicle!

Your just highlighting the bad stuff about it like the back seats being hard to fold and it not having a third row,but the there are a lot of good things in it and it is great off road and it's much more comfortable than the jeep grand cherokee and toyota land cruiser,so I think it does beat the competition

The Touareg whips the BMW X5 , Audi Q7 and MERCERS ML. The Cayenne is the same deal , just the better badge and different engines.

The seats aren't actually that hard to fold when you get used to it,but most people don't use it that much as the touareg has a huge cargo area.You should see the review of the g and m class mercedes they get a good review even though they have the same way of folding the seats
