The power of 50mw blue laser pointer that can burn paper

i ordered the same exact laser 50mw and it cant burn anythinggg!!!!! is it because the battery is 3.7V but it says it runs on 4.2V??? pleasee helppp i thought this one can burn stuff do i need to recharge the battery again cos I charged it once and it was fully chargeddd???

@Doctorwhorage , this video only works because, 1. its on a news paper. which is way more flammable than normal papaer. and it is also darker. dark colors conduct heat.
