So I have to say that being on a Vegan or Vegetarian diet is worse for your body then strictly eating protein if you eat proteins you will have more energy and in the long run with working out will help you lose more weight. I eat fast food everyday without the buns and fries and i workout and have lost more weight in a month then i ever have on any diet I have heard about.
