@benomarbaomar1 The last time I played with Ryu was in Capcom vs SNK on the ps2. He was my best character. Hearin this makes me want to play as him again but Im not a big street fighter fan. Im more into Soul Calibur 4. How good is Street Fighter 4 anyway? Is it one of those games with a lotta deph and options that you really enjoy and can play forever like SC4 or is the game as a whole really shallow and simple like Tekken 6 which doesnt even allow you to play verses mode w/o a 2nd controller.

@Heatseaker19 Super Street Fighter IV is worth every penny. The game is extremely fun, competitive, and even the computer does something new every run through. Yes, you can play versus mode against the AI as well. I recommend you wait til June 15th to buy Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, because it will come with all the new characters, patches, and updates. I also have Soul Calibur IV, but I'd play Super Street Fighter IV over it without thinking twice.

I already got too many new games I want to buy and I think Super Street Fighter 4 is much cheaper. In Canada games are expensive you know. You can easily spend over 200 buyin just 2 new Xbox 360 games =(

@greendagger87 When I did play Street Fighter I was kinda a noob and even though I'd often beat up the computer and my noob brother, I didnt think I actually knew how to play. All I did was punch punch duck punch trip jump punch jump kick, spin kick hadouken. I wasnt button mashin I just didnt think the game was that technical. way too much hoping and random attacks. Perhaps I wasnt gd. But when I watch matches online the way they fight is very similar to how I fought as well and I was noob =S

in super street fighter 4 he has his shin sho ryu ken.

they just changed the name, it's "metsu shoryuken."

metsu supposedly meaning "destructive" or similar.

and remember, he can also do the shinku tatsumaki as his EX tatsumaki.

and they gave his denjin hadoken to gouken.

so they kinda depleted his arsenal.

maybe they'll give ryu that awesome punch-kick combo ken taught him next.

besides, how often do you really use the super?

1-Normal Hadoken

2-Shakunetsu Hadoken

3-Shinku Hadoken

4-Denjin Hadoken

5-Metsu Hadoken

They look different in each game but their main concept stays the same and they are different in terms of power and usage.

Denjin is doesn't apear a lot in streetfighter games that's why not many know about it, It's actually a super hadouken that is chargeable and the more you charge it stuns the opponent since it exchanges power for being unblockable and stuns.
