skateboards are only good for doing tricks and shit. you can get around just as fast on these, lot more portable, have a much higher amount of control, and these are unmatched going downhill. so if you want to hang around with the little kids trying to kickflip and ollie, go get a skateboard. if you'd actually like to have fun and experience some serious speed/carving buy these

Yeah cool these look fun. but its pretty obvious your just another person who could never cut it skateboarding, so you have no idea how to land a trick. who the fuck compares the advantages of two completely different things like this. its not car shopping douche bag, you have absolutely no idea what skateboarding is about or the feeling you get from it. get a life.

I like these because I like surfing and snowboarding. Freelines, freebords, carveboards, etc allow me to replicate those motions to almost the same degree. So no, I don't understand your skateboarding philosophy but based on my observations i'd rather be riding downhill with these than trying to land a silly trick that in the end doesn't really seem like fun to me. And calm the fuck down, you get so damn defensive. The typical internet tough guy...

If it hasn't come to your attention yet and if you scroll down a few more posts previous to my original one, you'll notice a lot of people bashing these. Even here you just dismissed them as "these silly new things". So I was responding to people who flagrantly reject these and label them as such. The hostility that these receive from skateboarders is very evident and you should seriously put into context that my original post was never aimed at you, but those haters.

How do you ride uphill with a skateboard exactly? And how do you ride downhill without getting too much speed? These are NOT stupid, and they are a lot more fun than a regular skateboard.. This isn't trying to replace the skateboard, it's just improving it.
