Yes, they can. Look at all the bullshit propaganda from different time periods, alot of them are on YT, alot of them are fake. You can *tell* which ones are real or at least take a good guess.
Also, if someone takes a low dose of lsd or mescaline or 2ce or whatever, its very hard to tell whether that person is tripping or not, even in person (unless of course, they tell you).
I dont know anyone that drops a blotter and then twitches and acts so uncontrollable. Even with a high dose
