What he did was not a 1 handed pull up. A one handed pull up is where you only have one hand up and the other hand to your side. I guarantee you cannot do one. If you have a strong enough grip you should be able to do the same amount of pull ups one handed or 2 handed.
Umm yeah it is....you cant do a one handed pull up without the other hand...it helps you stay still...if you are holding yourself with one hand then your body turns to the side. and I know this because 2 of my brother plus my friends brother went to the army and marines and thats how they did it.its like in the rocky movie thats how he does them too...

So fake...but cool video...I can do 6 1 handed pullup...but its funny because I can only due a total of 12 pullups with both arms...sucks ass....
