  • I loved that she made this her next single. She knew that we were all completely obsessed with it! I love that she did yet another thing for us fans, it just shows how kind she really is. She could have easily picked a different song that only 'she' wanted as a single, but she didn't. She chose one that she knew we all wanted! I love her for that. She's amazing. Seriously. I lovelovelove the music video too! Something different but still Taylor! I love it! <3

  • @swiftfan4life Uhhh obviously she chooses what her fans want, since that's how the song gets airplay/sales. She's not being "kind" or "generous", it's marketing done by her and the label to generate the best outcome for the single. She markets herself so well that she's even brainwashed you all into thinking a single release is a ~gift for the fans~.

  • @BuyAFrame Before you come at me, please know what you're talking about. Because it's pretty obvious you don't. For one, she hasn't 'brainwashed me' or any of us for that matter. And she 'did' chose this for a single because of the fans and the response from them. An example would be like when fans heard the song "Sparks Fly" and kept telling her to put it on the next record, and just for that she did. And look, it's a #1 song. A fan told her to play "Never Grow Up" live and she did. Sit Down.

I mean I love the song and all, but it's definitely not my favorite. I actually think it's one of the weakest on the album. It also isn't really "single material" and I don't think it would do as well on the charts as Ours will

  • Enchanted will probably never be a single, because she would have to perform it live at award shows and talk shows. We all know that it's one of her weakest songs vocally, and it's simply too long for radio.

Remember Enchanted, Dear John, Long Live, Last Kiss, and Innocent were all too long to become singles, Never Grow Up wasn't even played on the tour so it got no promotion, Better Than Revenge and Haunted would have never made it on country radio, and of the remaining choices "Ours" had the most sound lyrics. she made the perfect decision, so BACK OFF :P

I can honestly and truthfully say that ENCHANTED (though I'd prefer Haunted or Better Than Revenge) is what we want and we've been asking a music video (Sparks Fly you pooor, poor Sparks Fly) for it ever since the album was out. Thumbs up if you want Enchanted on mainstream now (Sparks Fly why didn't you get to be released on Pop radio)!!
