Can you buy puffin at the store or do you have to go out and hunt for your own? I was thinking that with so many puffin there they were like chickens are here.
How do you cook them? Just like over a grill or baked with some kind of sauce or something?
I'm no cook, so i don't know. You can't buy them the hole year around. They are in stores in august and september (I think) but I've never seen them. Usually you buy from relatives that hunt them. And they are in colonies on specific places in Iceland, so you can't rely just go out and hunt one.
