This looks like one of Shotokan's versions of Wankan.
This is most certainly not Matsubayashi-Ryu's version of Wankan. It looks much different. The movements are based on the same concepts and are executed in the same general area of motion, but there are still distinct differences.
Ive been practising Shotokan for over 30 years, this is how I was taught the kata, however, in Shotokan, there are a couple of other versions, kokutsu dachi instead of neko ashi at the begining and one with the cross over & one without
@LeComte13 No biggie. They both have roots that trace back to Itosu Yasutsune, but Matsubayashi goes through Kyan Chotoku. His styles became known as Chan Migwa-te. He basically removed the hard hitting linear technique of Shuri-te kata.
@LeComte13 I do teach. I've been studying various martial arts for about 15 years now, including Kobayashi Shorin-ryu, Matsubayashi-ryu Goju-ryu, Yamane-ryu and Taekwondo.

Supposing it's shotokan, i see several mistakes.
I am a Brown Belt (1st Kyu) by WKC (World Karate Confederation)

@LeComte13 This isn't Shotokan, it's Matsubayashi Shorin-ryu.
Excellent technique, except of course for "of crap, I got my pants wet".

@MrNickjannini - are you saying the this video above of the guy on the beach is Matsubayashi Ryu???
Not at all. I am very familiar with their kata and this is not even Okinawan Karate at all.
