  • Im not a deadlifting expert but if his back gives way while doing that, hes fucked

  • Who has deadlifted more weight ? Has Arnold Schwarzenegger Deadlifted ?

  • @SameerPrehistorica Arnold wasnt a strongman, so it doesnt matter if he did.

  • @thenewboy12elk

    FUCK YOU RETARD

  • @thenewboy12elk you must have downs

  • LOL no carrie it off the stage, hehe jk nice left freak to nature!

  • I would like to see him do that with plates as well. The most difficult part is to get started. The flex does help him, it allows a gradual increase in weight. It is not the same as Andy Bolton's lift but impressive none the less.

One other thing, Bolton only uses his hands to lift the bar.

  • @ifabbott April 2nd this year, Benedikt did a 1015 pound deadlift without straps, and not a suit. Benni owns Bolton.

  • i dont know how much different its with tires but id wanna see him lift the bar with plates on it...

  • i want to see him kill brock lesnar..

  • wow good but im all-natural at 13 dope-free and I can manage to deadlift 616lbs raw with perfect form and stance.

  • @13andincrediblycut stfu fag no one believes you and its not funny

  • @d4k074p4l I don't care if dipshits like you don't believe me and who on Earth said I was attempting at being funny?

You need to see all of my blogs to see that I don't joke and troll I ACTUALLY have a LIFE. :/

  • @13andincrediblycut ur 13 u probally have like 10 pubes no fucking way on earth u can deadlift 616 raw lmfao

  • @d4k074p4l Noah Jeffries, is a 13 years old. He can rack pull 700lbs & 1000lbs. He also squats 945lbs. He can now rack pull 1,400lbs. Look up the video.

  • @13andincrediblycut How tall are you? Good, get used to being that short for the rest of your life! Your parents should be slapped for allowing you to powerlift at 13! Seriously it will have damaging effects on your bady and you should stick to very light weights at your age. (In case nobody has told you)

  • @SuperBigjdub I'm 6'4".

  • @13andincrediblycut Correction... not 1100 pounds, haha 616. My bad. Still 13yo should not be doing:)

  • @SuperBigjdub lol it doesnt affect ur height

  • @EtrajbHD lol back...I guess Medical science is wrong then, i'm sure you know much better than those stupid doctors. I'm not trying to slam you, but you are wrong. The strain of 1100 pounds pushing on a pre-pubesent bodys growth plates and joints could have devestating effects on your body. Good luck with your powerlifting, i mean that, and just be safe about it. ps.. just cuz you are 6'4'' now doesn't mean your body is not getting damaged. Just google it bro, know what your getting into.

  • @SuperBigjdub lol kids should not no, but if you 16+ and start powerlifting, no problem, even if you have tons of growth to do, you will not reach anywhere near this weight for yeeears.

  • id hate to think what a punch to the face from this guy would do lol

  • Comment removed

  • chuck norris can deadlift anything with magnusson on top of his head doing this.

  • 1100 is just ridiculous.

  • Steroids.. ohhhh yea!

  • @VegeXP your momma! oh yeah!

  • i can deadlift 3000 lbs is that good

  • @iloveblumpkin yes but i can deadlift 3,350 lbs.

  • World record? of what? he used wraps and those plates or tires are not legal. I saw Gary Heisey (sp) do 930 in competition in 93.Tthat was a DL.

  • Impressive! He should have done a couble of curls with it just to shock the audience.

  • Lot of weight. ROM isn't as high as plates but amazing.

  • come on guys....respect to the weight but look at the end of the tyres at the left and the right....most of the weight stays on the ground during the whole lift....he only lifts the whole weight at the last 2inches of the lift...

  • lol this guys fat...hes not buff...just big and swole...i mean...hes strong as an ox....but mariusz pudzianowski will own him on pound by pound strength anyday...and would crush him in a fight

  • One can be fat and "buff" at the same time, just not fat and "cut." The fat simply covers the muscles - they're still there, and still strong, and are still what are doing the lifting.

As for fighting... what? Is this a video about fighting? Take your roid rage "RARARA FIGHT" crap elsewhere and give the man a hand - he just lifted about five to eight of you, give or take.

  • The arnolds is all about power. relitivly no indurance.... just pure power... withc mariusz dose not have..... he has enter the arnolds a few times... and has failed.... to get a podium time and again.... beni has alot more power and is stronger then pudz. It's strongman. Not homo bodybuilding.... if u wana watch a bunch of riped homosexuals then go watch mr olympia 2009.

  • @fitzyking1 Except the arnold includes a bodybuilding contest, and its promoter, a Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger was a world champion BODYBUILDER. Homophobia AND deathcab for cutie? Irony.

  • Your so wrong... he is muscular, haven;t you ever seen the powerlifting transformation? Where a "Big fat" Powerlifter loses his fat and turns out hes ripped with a bodybuilding physique... can't remember the dudes name. Chris something.

  • nice briain....

  • lol brain u mean?? lol back atchu

  • @goo5976 Pound for pound means nothing in the long run, not in strongman and not in accounts of brute strength.

  • I'd like to deadlift 1000lbs so I wouldn't have to suck so bad at parallel parking, just push the sucker in there ha

  • Yeah ha but you'd have to do it with an underhanded grip which wouldn't really be a deadlift. :P

(Assuming your intention was to pick it up and roll it in neutral instead of just pushing, brute force)

  • elevated lift, it was for a show.

  • the bar was 2 inches under then knee, he then bent the bar until the bar itself was strong enough to lift the weight... maybe a 4 inch elevation.

  • @glueissticky00 he's standing on a platform you fucking moron. the bar was fine

  • Asmundsson you are the stupidest.

  • That's just great but I prefer conventional deadlifts.

By the time the last tire has left the ground he's half way there.

Sure enough it's a monster lift but the actual weight is irrelevant.

Here's a lift that depends on the profile of the tires used.

Maybe if they put some sports tires on he wouldn't get it off the ground :-)

  • wtf. this is like a rack lockout. its fucken crazy but do it with only 100 pound plates on the bar not fucken double a 45 pound plate soi its like rack lockout..watever tho

  • bright5086200

you are more stupid then syncstation and bigharlemsfinest, if that is possible!

  • bullshit plain and simple.look again.

  • syncstation

    you are stupid!

  • are you fucking blind??????

  • bigharlemsfinest

    you are stupid!

  • This is NOT conventional deadlift! This is a strongman comp!

There are not many men in this world that can do that! so give the man som credit!

  • I totally agree. Only one man deadlifted more than him for a real deadlift and that man is Andy Bolton. He lifted 1008 lbs and he holds the world record and the greatest deadlift ever. Magnusson comes in second with a 970 lbs deadlift in powerlifting competition. So until any other man in the world lifts as much or more...everybody should just be amazed by that Magnusson's back strengh and stop saying that its not a real deadlift; its a strongman deadlift which is called the hummer tire deadlift

  • homo

  • its amazing how strong some humans can train theyr bodies to be. he couldve lifted more

  • lmfao the bar looks like its going to break

  • truly 1 of the best competitors in strongman!

  • to all the people trying to compare this to a standard deadlift and undermining benni's performance, i would pay $10 000 u.s if just one of you could post a clip of your bad self pulling 3/4 that weight from shin to knee level??? crickets...didn't think so.

  • I'm not saying this was easy. Just that maybe they can make these lifts legit and not using long bars that bend as much with oversized weights that leave room for speculation.

  • Because of the bar bend, the inside weights are lifted off the ground while the outside weights is still touching the mat. By the time the outter tires are lifted, his knees are already close to being locked. thus making the lift easier

  • oh yeah? ok, then you do a 1100 pounds death lift and post the video. Remember to use the ba that bends so is easyer for you! xD

  • death lift? easyer? xD?

    /facepalm

  • yeah my enlgish sucks sometimes, i speak spanish... and i never took english classes

  • Do you landscape?

  • what?

  • Thats totally true. Not to mention this guy is built for deadlifting. I mean look at him when he grabs the bar hes almost standing already.

  • you can if you want to, these guys have great strength before doing those things, but the mind is powerfull, if your smart enough, you can do what you want to.

  • You have to be a freak of nature to be the strongest anything in the world..

In professional athletics, you have to have a body type built for what your doin if your gonna be great at it...

  • wtf why did everyone rate his comment down?

  • dont understand how thats a world record...its probably less than half the real lift....pffft

  • Tyre deadlifts are shit.

Its way higher than normal and the mega bend in the bar means the load is only max for like 10% of the movement.

  • damn, and im struggling with 200 lbs...

  • this is pretty much a rack pull

  • Benni Tarfur from ICELAND, THE STRONGEST LAND !!!

  • not reading 113 comments but hopefully someone pointed out that the long bar plus big tires means not only is he almost fully straight up before all the weight is off the ground, it starts higher from the big tires.

  • look closer, the bar is at his shins. no disrespect intended, an impressive lift either way.

  • the radius of the wheels is bigger than the radius of plates which means the bar starts out higher. we have no idea how much those wheels weigh. the bar bends which means not all of the weight is lifted at the same time, same concept as using chains. it is an impressive lift and i could never do it but it is a gimmick lift meant to put on a show and pump up the crowd. its all in good fun.

  • he radius may be bigger, but hes standing on a platform that lowers the bar to the normal height

  • true, didn't see that at first with all the people in the way, also didn't notice his 40'' calves. jesus its like having 2 obese children as legs.

  • look with your eye balls its past his knee

  • definatly not, maybe when he lifts it. but sseras got it right

  • the tires are freakin huge...what a joke! the ROM is severely decreased. Mr. Bolton could do that as well. Although I must admit that I will never be as strong as that

  • something very barbaric and bad ass about these truck tire lifts!!

  • Is this really a world record? I mean, the bar is higher off the ground than ordinary plated lifts. If this were a valid lift, every man in the USA would be doing tire lifts instead of plate lol

  • No this isn't. Plus he is using straps.

Strong mother fucker but this isn't the record you are right lol tires don't count.

  • He's standing on a platform. Also, yes it is a world record; for the hummer tire deadlift.

  • Not on a high enough platform. it's right below the knee thats more of a rack pull than anything.

  • Yep. And the long bar is even more significant. Watch how far he stands before the tires are all off the ground. He lifts the total weight only about six inches.

  • ...................................................LMFAO

you dumb fuck, do you know who that is ??? that "guy" held the world recored dead lift at over 1,000 lbs with plates and a straight bar.

BTW that "guy" is Benedict Magnusson who has set several world records and has beat bolton and frank many times.

pull your head out of your ass and stop taking away from these athletes who you will never be HALF as good as.

  • @MoR91Ga he's not an athlete. he's a bodybuilder.

  • @dicklolipop no, he IS an athlete.

This isn't bodybuilding either it's strongman and power training.

Looks like you have no idea about the sport.

  • @dicklolipop Body builders couldn't lift half as much weight as him. Just because your muscles are big doesn't mean they're efficient.

  • man that makes you proud of being an icelandic person... + it's still a world record, nothing you say can change that...

  • thats retarded strong

  • i dont think its a world record.. just because of the fact that the barbell is longer and bends more.. making it easier to lift.. and there were big tires instaed of normal weights which makes the lifting distance smaller. but its still a shitload of weight and i couldnt even probably do half of it.

  • The tires don't matter because he is clearly standing on a platform that makes the height of the bar the exact same as a regular deadlift, That is a world record deadlift for most amount of weight ever lifted. It isn't a official Powerlifting Record though.

  • Actually it does matter, the platform helps, but because of the sheer length of the bar, for the first half of the lift most of the tires as still on the ground so you're not pulling up with 1100 pounds of force completely until the very last tires on the end are off of the ground. Watch a closer view of this video and you'll see what I'm talking about. This is a world record hummer tire deadlift though, just not a world record deadlift because you can lift a lot more weight on this.

  • I have to second that. It's not a textbook deadlift but it's still an uncredible feat of strength.

  • I agree. Proportionally the most difficult part of the lift is the when it's closer to the ground because the angle of movement means the vertical distance is more. The bar is at his knee caps before the wheels actually leave the floor, at which point it's exerting the full 1100lbs. Olympic bars don't bend anywhere near that amount for a similar weight.

  • Must be nice when your car breaks down to be able to just pick it up and walk away.

  • lmao

  • lol

  • all haters can go suck one, yall couldnt even get this weight an 1" off the ground, soz this guy is like a freakj, the good kind that is

  • its easier because you dont have to go up as much as the barbell deadlift

  • I agree! Just the fact that it really doesnt appear to be a legit 1100lb,if someone hit a 1100lb deadlift with real barbell and plates, then I couldnt say the lifts were equivalent.

  • I may be wrong, but it looks like the tires made the bar sit higher, and therefore easier to complete the lift. But that may just be my observation

  • This is true, but it's a near inhuman amount of weight to lift nonetheless.

  • Well What you are not seeing here is that the lifter has to stand on a platform that makes the bar about the same place on his legs that regular weights on a bar would be at.

  • why tires why not olympic weights?

  • This isn't powerlifting or olympic lifting. It's strongman. They lift odd objects. Besides, Benni does regular deads with over 950 lbs.

  • id like to see him lift that off his toes, what does he bench? what does he squat? fuck all, bolton is king!

  • Thats impressive but that motion was more of a rack deadlift which is a shorter ROM. Benni is a fucking animal either way.

  • look at it this way there were 8 rubber tires on the floor...touching the flour every milla second he was lifting the weight got heaver

.....but the tires touching the floor made it much easier and i would say no way this guy could do that with metals weights

  • yeah, whats your point, he could probably still DL like 1000 pounds

...which im guessing is about 20 times more than you can

  • And you couldn't even do a third of that, so what's your point?

  • what the fuck. i didn't even realize that those black things were the plates until he lifted them.

  • i bet he takes some massive dumps

  • O_O

  • wow wish i could do that

  • Someboddy tell ronnie ur a jr now on...as he says on his video "let me know if someone lifts more then 800 lbs" phhhh Jr.Ronnie

  • well ronnie isnt a powerlifter

  • yea u try deadlifting 800lbs twice while ur on a low carb diet with barely any energy.

  • Ronnie meant bodybuilders... duh...

"lets see another body builder do 800 lbs"

    is what he meant

  • Strongman tire deadlift =/= powerlifting deadlift.

  • holy shit lol i dont care if the bar was high thats amazing

  • i bet he cant run but if he grabs hold of you your pretty much fucked

  • lies

  • actually i'm starting to believe him

  • If that bar bent any more the weight wouldn't leave the damned ground.

  • hahaha right!!!

  • ***NOTICE***

This is the strongman version of the deadlift, the barbell is higher, longer and you're allowed to use straps BUT!!! It is still damn impressive!!!

  • i was just about to comment on how high the bar was. i'm impressed but a bit iffy.

  • thats impressive. not as impressive as andy bolton but still.

  • watch andy bolton do 1003lb properly

  • dude if you look at the video of andy b doing 1003 he doesnt realy lock his back out.. but still 1003 is fucking good but benni will pass him one day

  • Impressive BUT the weight is only fully experienced once all the tires are off the ground. So when he was pulling through the first half of the ROM he was lifting considerably less than 1100 pounds, likely more like 750-850. Dont get me wrong the guy is pretty much as strong as they get but he wouldent be able to do it with a stricter olympic setup.

  • gotta agree m8, that tyre thing is more like a rack pull than a dead lift imo, hope benni does do it with an olypic setup one day though :D

  • There is a video of him deadlifting 939lbs.

  • Its like a deadlift with bands, adding weight as it gets to the top.

  • if wr or not benni is impressive..

  • Lol. I like how one guy said terrible form because he used all back. Obviously if hes lifting 1000+ lbs on the deadlift, its not bothering his back any, which is the reason why you would put some of that lift on the legs to begin with...

  • i love how people on the internet know everything about lifting as if you're anyone to judge his form when he's lifting over a thousand pounds; i doubt ANYONE who commented can do half that weight.

  • im at 425 :p @ bw of 178 but still not 500 hope to ge thier soon

  • I guess it's a WR for Tire Deadlifting.

  • U fucking idiot!

  • if that would have beeen terrible form his back was injured. dumbass

  • thats good form and thats what a deadlift looks like lol

  • Terrible form? Its a hummer tire deadlift so its up higher off the ground to begin with which makes it really hard to use your legs. YOU lift 1100lbs and we'll see how you do.

  • I compete and that is a lot diffrent than a regulation dead (IPF, WNPF, USAPL) forms. less of a movement since the bar is higher and it has so much bend to it, which helps a lot. But anyway you look at it it is still a crazy amount of weight to lift and you have to pay respect to that lifter.

  • conductor2133: He can also nearly deadlift 1000lbs in a standard powerlift DL. Well, he can and hes going to break bolton record next time he competes in powerlifting

  • This deadlift ain't legit.

World record is 1003 LB by Andy Bolton

  • ok first, the deadlift is legit, in the fact at what he is deadlifting. he is doing hummar tyres or wotever there cold, so he howls world record for deadlifting them, and we know nady bolten still holds WR for deadlift at 1003

  • This is just another style of deadlifting, not the official one.

Which is why this isn't a WR!

This deadlift is done with a much longer bar and from a greater height.

I forgot what's this style called like

  • i kno that but its still a WR in this type of deadlift, not the actualy deadlift. you can haev a WR for anything from having long nails or for being ugly, and lifting tyres is no exception

  • and he's using straps too

  • Does anybody know who that man is?

  • Benni Magnusson is from Iceland. Young kid.

  • Young Kid? I don't like to be called that. I just simply don't keep up with the deadlift. But when I saw a number that exceeded Andy Bolton, I had to watch it. Anyways, thanks for telling me.

  • He means Benni is young, I think he is 23 or 24? Lots of time to get stronger and lift more.

  • People don't respect this enough man.

  • NICE D E A D L I F T!

    Seen it live...

  • yea its hard to say anything bad about the video because 1100 lbs was lifted from the ground. but im sure that wouldnt be considered a deadlift because the bar did bend like that. it was a 1100 rack pull...which is still amazing.
