I so relate tothis Arielle!

I lost all but 2 friends in ED and i'm only now beggining to find people(that like you said friends ofmy partner).

A woman from my course recently rang me an invited me out and it was such an alien(but amazing) thing. Idont even think she realised!

Yeah Kel, it's defnitely a tricky thing that takes a lot of work, even when the ED isn't taking over your life anymore. You're so likable, Kel, that I know you won't have any trouble making friends as you continue to live an ED-free life!

excellent video arielle. i know how hard it was for me to not only begin new relationships but build back up old relationships. it is hard and challenging, yet it does naturally progress as you go through the recovery journey. great stuff doll xoxo

I have this exact same issue. I dont make friends easy because I isolate SO much and feel people will think Im awkward..the ED distorted my view of relationships.
