@MattyClemz what i think it is actually is if you notice every time she shoots you can here her cue rubbing against the microphone on her chest so i think when it hits you just here it sound like that because its touching the cue. if you listen to her break when its not touching it doesn't sound that way.

@WolfieTed one time i was shooting in an easy 9ball,I split the pocket but the ball just miraculously stopped in the jaws.My opponent and I freaked.Once I was racking 8ball and I was talking to my opponent while racking.I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing.To both of our amazement,I miraculously sorted a perfect rack of 8ball.I lost the game though...

@lemonite1 HAHAHA, We stuck a 9 ball in the middle of the rack to the table once with super blue tack stuff. I played my mate and amazingly he ran the whole rack without nudging the 9 ball once. Then he lined up and easy shot on the 9, the cue ball hit the 9 (which stayed solid) and the cue ball bounce off the 9 like it was a rail into the corner pocket! LOL his face was classic! I don't think I laughed that hard for years! I'll have to do it again and catch it on video!

Whenever Jeanette shot the 6 it looked like she was putting some inside english on the cueball, which would have caused the 6 to throw to the left (as seen on the left-hand spin on the 6). After the cueball hits the rail, it looks like it kills the angle to hold position for the 7. Trying to thread the needle between the 8 and 9 could have ended in disaster, either bumping a ball and getting snookered, or leaving her jacked up over a ball. Could have been anything though really.

I definitely agree with nugget147 . Anyone who knows pool in a good level can see from the spin the 6 ball has in 5:42 that it was a 'skidded' ball. Thats why she shouts "omg" ;)

The exact term is bootaz (i dont know how to spell it-French word) and this term is used in snooker where the effect is much more often .

P.S. I m not for either player also :P

Jasmine is a great Player, plays like a machine. Jeanette is also a great player. I agree that it was a bad contact on that first miss, she needed to stop thinking about that miss and focus on her shots but she didnt, you could tell, and went on to miss more. that 2 ball after it was a medium level shot, but she missed it by quite a bit.

And Do all Predator Cues do that?!? my friend has the original sneaky pete with the steel unilock, and it sounds just like that. wonder what it is?

I can't see the ball skidding at all. I see her taker her eye off the ball and put english on the ball in a way that pulls the cue ball off to the side. I'm gonna have to say that I disagree and say it's completely her fault. Even if it did skid it was because of how she hit it, not because the ball had a mind of its own. The player has to be responsible for trying to cut too much off the cue ball.

I'm not for either player, but this is undeniable. You can even hear it very clearly. When this happens it's usually the result of chalk on either ball at the point of contact, and nothing to do with the player.

Guys like you always have an excuse. The ball rolled off. It skidded. Couldn't get any rolls etc etc.
