How come when Lois slaps his face he twists his head to he side like it actually hurt him, and why doesn't she seriously hurt her hand? Slapping him in the face must be like slapping the wall!

one, that's NOT clark she's slapping. that's bizarro!! and two, he's weakened from the sunlight so that's probably why it didnt hurt her hand and he felt the slap...

and even if it was clark he'd have to act like it hurts otherwise it would give away his secret...

it's freakin smallville for crying out loud! ANYTHING can happen. Lex gets thrown into a freakin table in "Splinter" and is perfectly fine!! so obviously these characters are a little more superhuman than we are. and i just slapped a wall hard and it doesnt hurt that badly!
