That's exactly where I taught last year. That's Bongyang-ri in Jeongseon town about 35 seconds into the video aside the Joyang river. Pretty place. Great students, but none of the adults were friendly to me though never hostile despite the fact I tried to get to know them. They thought it was strange for a stranger to be friendly enough to say, "Hi. anyong haseo." It's hard to get to know people as you have to be introduced. I was a lone stranger ranger in a strange land for those 14 months.
funny that you chose the seoul-version of the arirang as the background music... seeing as the jeongseon arirang is almost completely different...
