I sure hope not... now Nepal's greatest attractions are its mountains, its foods, its people and its history. Tourism will be major in Nepal until enough money is brought in to start textile or other industries. Today, Nepal is chaos due to a weak government and confused directions. India is hardly Nepal's problem... they have enough of their own.

There is opportunity cost, if u create these in Nepal, then you have to wipe out the Natual beauty.
