@Reb662 NO. I AM IN THE SAME TRADE -- ELECTRICIAN. HE IS A 3rd OR ( AS OF NOW ) 4th YEAR APPRENTICE. HE SHOULD BE IN TROUBLE ( within the local union #3 ). I DON'T KNOW WHY HE IS NOT. MAYBE HE IS INVINCIBLE OR SOMETHING. HE STARTED IT BY HIS LONG TERM HARASSING OF ME AND TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME BY USING SNEAKY AND CHILD LIKE TACTICS. IT ALL CAME A HEAD ON MARCH 26, 2010 - FRIDAY. I GOT IN TROUBLE UNION WISE AND WITHIN THE LOCAL. MY CASE GOT DISMISSED ON 3/29/11. THEY HAD NO EVIDENCE ON ME.
