There is a social need for some men to start wearing them, and I don't mean only Scottish kilts or Utilikilts. Utilikilts lack aesthetics, compare to a white "fustanella." Skirts give male anatomy more space, there's a need for more space. If anything, skirts are "male" not female. But people have to reason by association.

There are so many strict dress codes in school, we shouldn't allow 1 item of clothing for 1 and 1 for another, if girls can wear trouser then boys should be able to wear skirts/
