@yellowbooze1 They made it that way in a newer patch. Before it used mana and you could use it until until you ran out of mana.

1. Defeat goblin army

2. Save the goblin underground, his location is random but probably pretty close to you, i found him in underground jungle

3. Get a NPC house so he can move in, and buy the boots from him for 5G

@XxQuickGunZ97xX Random unless you get 10 Tattered Cloth and like 10 Wood and make a Goblin War Banner, And they really aren't hard, but remember to have at least 200 HP or more to use the banner our they will be used up and do nothing. *Tattered Cloth is gained by going to the edge of the world at a beach and wait for a Goblin Scout to spawn, then quickly kill him. Also the best armor you could have against them is maybe Silver+. Preferably Shadow Armor, due to its set bonus increase and easy

guys, that's what you dont understand, the developers are making the game difficult cuz people are finishing it too fast, so they are making more things and restricting others so it would take more time and be more challenging to do something, its actually good for the game overall, although yes, i do agree it is a bit annoying
