Man your cooking style is fast, easy, tasty simply! Have watched your videos and the interest and passion to take in cooking is also inspiring. As always every one should know cooking, Sanjay keep up the good work!
Tip: to add further richness to butter panneer masala, add little honey/cardamon cloves finally when you put-on for simmering!
Hi Sanjay this recipe of Paneer butter masala is really very easy n tasty....... i really liked it, u r really a great chef...... i tried many dishes n loved it....
Just made this and it is fantastic. You could easily substitute in some chicken or prawns if you want to. EXACTLY the same as any butter masala dish from the take away for maybe a quarter of the price! Also, I found using 1 tsp ketchup and 2 tsp tomato puree and adding maybe 1/2 tsp of turmeric negated the need for food colouring. As someone previously mentioned it certainly isn't the most healthy indian dish around, but for an occasional treat it is well worth cooking. Thank you Vah Chef!
thanks sanjay... all my life i have been trying to get a good recipe for paneer butter masala... urs is the best of all... i tried ur butter chicken sauce for this, n it turned out grt...
@priyankaadurthy Not sure where you are based, but Kasuri Methi is Fenugreek powder, which is available from most shops that sell spices. I get mine from Sainsbury's (UK). It's also available from spice shops online.

Hey VahChef! Made this, took precisely 5 mins and was loved by everyone who had it! thanks! Perfect for people like me who dont have time to be in the kitchen for long! thanks a lot!
@mpingola ... you put tamato blah blah blah.... I would like to make according to your mom's instructions next time then taste both the dish and her. How about that now? You are a real clown kid.
Dear Chef, just want to know when we have to use milk with all these ingredients. i went through all the procedures as u said in this show. But when i tried this recipe by using milk, milk becomes like paneer when i started to cook on the stove. And tell me also which color you have used for this recipe. Kindly help me for this recipe.
