  • Man your cooking style is fast, easy, tasty simply! Have watched your videos and the interest and passion to take in cooking is also inspiring. As always every one should know cooking, Sanjay keep up the good work!

Tip: to add further richness to butter panneer masala, add little honey/cardamon cloves finally when you put-on for simmering!

  • @AmericanMuscle96 Bitch stop cryin for unnecessary shit and appreciate the work!!

varevah nice reciepes and thanks for ya help:)

  • Just made this and it is fantastic. You could easily substitute in some chicken or prawns if you want to. EXACTLY the same as any butter masala dish from the take away for maybe a quarter of the price! Also, I found using 1 tsp ketchup and 2 tsp tomato puree and adding maybe 1/2 tsp of turmeric negated the need for food colouring. As someone previously mentioned it certainly isn't the most healthy indian dish around, but for an occasional treat it is well worth cooking. Thank you Vah Chef!

  • that looks alot more than one teaspoon....

  • Wah chej ....mazaa aa gaya

  • @dw9559 hey u can get garam masala in any indian store. also ginger garlic paste you can make it at home itself, or you can shred it by using the fine shredder. its almost the same like paste.

  • i don't like to talk with audiance if chef is interested than its fine. If you don't like comment than remove the comment box. no need here. i m indian not ABCD....don't use someone else dialogue....

  • @prettyrathi, WOW! your English sounds real "professional". By the way, do you know where and when to use Then and than? Learn that my dear, and then you can criticize someone else's English. By the way for your kind information, this is not a TV show, Mr Sanjay, the chef, makes these videos for people like us. He has to make time from his extra busy schedule to be able to do this and it is free of cost. If anything, be thankful to him.

  • @gowridurga totally agree with u !!!! hate the haters !!!! vah re vah is amazing.

  • @prettyrathi Its 'audience' and not 'audiance'. Your conjunctives need work too! As a adverb, it is 'then' and not 'than'. You cannot make a single coherent phrase without smothering grammar, and yet you deem fit to deride someone who is speaking a language that is obviously not native to them ? wow! His English is perfectly understandable and his accent legible and clear. Either appreciate his cooking or STFU and get back to those 2nd grade English classes that you have so obviously missed!

  • we share most type of food with India and pakistan...except for this one...i am gonna try to cook this

  • @prettyrathi can you please define what is the so-called "professional english"?

  • @prettyrathi sounds ABCD to me ... lol

  • @prettyrathi Please check out the recipe alone... No need to talk about chef's english and his reactions... First of all, look at your english..

  • @prettyrathi Please check out the recipe alone... No need to talk about chef's english and his reactions... First of all, look at your english..

  • @prettyrathi its not his problem..if u cannot understand it....

  • @prettyrathi its not his problem..if u cannot understand it....and its not a debate competition its a cookery show....

  • @prettyrathi

oh ma god!! ur such an idiot..dnt watch it if ur interested in da language thn his talented recipes...

  • @prettyrathi hey there critic, if u dont like his show then GTFO. We enjoy his recipes, and thats the important thing. no one here gives a damn about his english, Im a canadian citizrn, and I find his english perfectly understandable. Now go cry in the corner of your room and repent your mistake till the end time :S

P.S please take some english lessons, your english sucks like crap

  • @samtamsn go & fck ur self ass hole content is immportant not the language

  • @prettyrathi Oh sweetie, I feel so bad for you. Your stupidity appears to be chronic.

  • vah reh vah truly ..

but its not as easy as it looks .. i think v all know dat

  • @proxybon: wel jus follow d video carefully , u wil do good and if need stil more videos try the other video of the chef on the same dish, which was made on september 28,2007

  • I tried this but went out to be disaster :(

the gravy was like "If u put lime in milk " that kind of reaction had happened... Guys any suggestions ... pls

I live in spain so u can image how eager is must be to taste sm good indian food :D

  • @proxybon This is because your tomato paste was sour. You want to avoid tomato paste until the end and add it when you start cooking. Hope that helps.

  • You r really g8

  • im going to make this over the weekend, it looks aaaamazing

  • Sir, this might come as a boring repetition, but i had to say it too. i tried this recipe just now with tofu instead.

Initially i had burnt my onions so had to start all over again..so it took a bit longer than it should have, but in the end it was worth it. It turned out even better than what we order in the restaurants.

I am not really good with Indian dishes but today I'm feeling pretty smug. Compared to other cooking videos, you make cooking sound so much fun and EASY. Thank you so much.

  • My Paneer was a little crumbly, but was only my first attempt :) the butter sauce was divine- as in ZERO left overs and plates were licked clean and the bowl it was cooked in wiped out with bread!

After i cleared the plates i made up nearly a liter of the sauce and it's in the fridge for tomorrow for when i fry up some chicken. Thank you so much for sharing this (surprisingly easy) butter sauce... have the recipe memorized now and can't wait to try some more of your recipes... thanks again.
