That place doesn't look too homey to me. It seems too big and I would feel quite uncomfortable to walk 5 minutes just to make it to the opposite site of the house. Another drawback would be that for these money it should come with a cook for life!!!. Not to mention that it's not even by the beach. A totally non-sense that would cost you $4.7, but I'd envisage I'll probably change my mind 5 years from now or even dare to :D.
