@xXDIRTBIKE4LIFEXx Read the description. It was because I was using an aftermarket gas cap that didnt seal right. Stop acting like all of those other hypocrites that say fords suck and they dont even own one.
Thanks for the comment. I Had another problem with i too and I was leaving town for a week and I left it disconnected and both of the problems have seemed to correct themselves.

forgot to say when you reconnect the Negative terminal make sure the original gas cap is on.

disconnect THE NEGATIVE terminal from the battery for a while- that should do it
