  • Now try it with a human.

  • DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:

  • It's the trademark of a fool to mark anything outside his or her field of experience as impossible. I'm willing to bet that this particular video is fake, but anyone who's taken history at a high school level knows even the Nazis did unpleasant experiments with dogs and other animals. They even tested human reaction to the extremest of conditions.

I wouldn't say impossible. Impractical with modern technology, and technology then, but by no means completely impossible.

  • This is...COLD WAR...MY FRIENDS!

  • people saying this is fake, this one might be, but there where many experiments very similar, such as one where they tried to do a head transplant on a chimp.

  • FAKE, this is imposible.

  • Шариков?

  • I love how all of you morons assume it's fake because you do not comprehend what is going on. It takes one retard with a "I know all about dogs" claim and you jump on the bandwagon like the sheep you are.

  • @PiperCrab As a matter of fact, I do comprehend everything that is going on. Do you? Retard? I work with and study dogs, cats and all sorts of animals in the veterinarian field. My claim is just a medical view point and just a 'matter of fact' thing. Honestly, you don't know a fucking thing to contradict any logic of this video. Go outside, breathe some fresh air, or go to Vet School.

  • the alien rosswell autopsy was made my animal instestians...i think there are some wierd ppl in 1950 that like it to make totally fake videos...

  • This was not filmed in a scientific manner at all. It is incredibly questionable whether this is real.

  • that is beyond cruelty. honestly i'd cry right now but i'm too shocked

  • why a russian experiment report would be in english?????

  • mommy i did poopie what is the next logical step u think i should make

  • My only question... Why?

  • @webandit1

All experiments in the early transplant done on animals, it's sad but it saved a lot of people

  • Okay. Honestly, NO ONE gives a shit anymore about these arguments. Quit trying to impress one another with your wikipedia usage. Just because you find this information on the internet doesn't mean it's real or necessarily true. I was looking at it from a realistic anatomy aspect and unlike MOST of the people on here, I actually work with animals and study these type things...

  • this is awsome

  • Lol wtf stupid russian assholes. Ocourse it would work. poor life of a beautiful dog lost

  • @Skaucat And the savior of millions of others.. what is your point? Are you too dumb to see to full perspective?

  • @RoederGaming How? And how can you judge me and call me dumb before you even know me? That makes you the dumb one.

  • @Skaucat Because 1) You didn't read my last comment - 2) You can't see the bigger picture? This might be a long time ago, but it's been practiced so you could possibly save millions of animals AND humans. How do you think the medicine you're using now is produced? And how was it tested? Stop being so fucking stupid and get out of your fairy-tale world.

  • @RoederGaming haha, your dumbass shit is making me laught right now. Just get out of your room, get out, get some friends and get a life, u wanker

  • @Skaucat What you just said really contributes to the discussion. Is it a sign of the lack of intelligence? It seems so. Now, go do your homework, you need it. Especially grammar.

  • @Skaucat How has this saved people's lives... consider the fact this was done in the early 1900's, people with artificial hearts have used this same machine in a similar condensed version (obviously improved) life support machines have evolved from this crude machine.... Also don't get upset because it's all "OH ITS NOT HUMANE". "THINK OF THE POOR DOG" well guess what, the dogs he experimented on had diseases and were about to die anyways.

  • Did some research. Turns out this video is more than likely a staged reshoot of the original experiments, however these experiments WERE done to develop open heart surgery techniques in Russia. The original experiments also probably didn't look this dramatic, the drawings of the procedure are linked on the wikipedia article for Sergei Brukhonenko

  • @Fetchdafish Yes, I saw that video first actually, and yes this is still implausible. It's called a hole in a table and a well though out explanation. And still, if this was so brilliant why the fuck don't we see the fake veins infused into it's neck?

  • Holy $h!t....I had to stop the moment there was a real life photo. Even if trickery, it is too disturbing. People do stupid unneeded heartless things to animals and that is real. From cruel homes to cruel animal testing labratories. People testing things should at least have the balls to test it on themselves or someone else willing with full knowlage or they shouldn't test anything at all.

  • ควย มึงจะทำอย่างนี้ทำไมวะ

  • Dog> Is my tail wagging me or am I wagging it?

Sciency dude> fuck up and lick the acid.

  • This is like epic Nazi science.

  • @Fetchdafish It's soviet's. Claps to you. Americunts doesn't left behind, ask for behaviorist experiments in 30's

  • @Paranoyko

I know the Soviets did it, you strange person. What I meant is that this experiment is like something out of a mad scientist movie. Such movies often feature Nazis.

  • point 1 : put blood in that kind of matter in dogs veigns and it will start to bleed so badly u cant even imagine.

point 2 : i think we are only here to commend about a very good seintist 60 year ago to help medical study.

point 3 : there are eeg studies about a rat...they decapitate a rats head it gains unconcoiness in about 4 seconds and it dies about 1,4 minutes....

point 4 : human cardiac arrest can indeed remain 15 minutes and revive nothing zombie

so this all leaves us with a question

  • are you guys dumb? Did it ever occur to you that it's impossible to move the head without neck muscles? lmao

  • WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW!?

  • Having experience with dogs and their anatomy, I reassure everybody that this is fake and could not be possible. Some of the ways the dog had moved it's head require muscles that run down the nape of it's neck to chest. If the head was severed at where it is shown on the video, that type of movement would not be physically possible. Also, wonder why they don't show the tubes or veins? This is just account of old trickery and animal abuse.

  • @cheekilauren

Are you saying the Soviet Union faked this research? Have you seen the longer video?

  • @cheekilauren

    @cheekilauren

yes, this is real, It's was made by Sergei Brukhonko.

I disagree with your knowledge of anatomy if you confuse reflexes with spasm.

    A vet.

  • @cheekilauren Seriously, I know some people say that it's a fake/it's animal abuse. Sure it's animal abuse now, but the fact that Sergei Brukhonko actually DID do this, and has doctumented this experiment and how it all works very detailed work. As a matter of fact he did not just cut up some random dog to try this. Any dog that was dying was given to him to experiment to test..Also, I've read the scientific journal of how this works..it's not a fake.

  • @cheekilauren

forgive me if I disagree with your knowledge of anatomy, these movements may arisen I deem masseter contractions.

This experiment was conducted by Bryukhonenko (wiki: Experiments_in_the_Revival_of_Organisms) you can see in the picture tubes.

In his time was science, stop to see abuse everywhere

    A vet

  • @cheekilauren oh no they tickled it with a feather and annoyed it with a hammer

    You're a fucking idiot lol

  • @Qwepir I think that is quite obvious in this video. Honestly, what the fuck are you trying to accomplish with this comment? Maybe you should go study something, the get back to me.

  • @cheekilauren

"Can't you see it? It's so obvious!" is loser code for "I don't even know, myself"

If it's so obvious then it would have been much easier for you to point it out.

  • @cheekilauren Exactly what this person said! The dog even sort of lifts its head off the table at one point, which would be impossible with no neck and body. Also, if this is taking place in "pre-Soviet era Russia" or whatever they claim, why is the bottle of citric acid labeled in English?

  • @CoruscantSunset because its dubbed idiot.

  • @CoruscantSunset Thank you! Seems like you are the only person who is on here that knows what they're talking about! The video may be dubbed but your logic is still valid. Lol, I don't see why others can be so ignorant.

  • @cheekilauren More than this,it would have to be done in less than 5 minutes, eitherwise braincells begin to destroy. That whole setup will take more than 5 minutes.

  • @EliytresSkogUlv if you do the procedure at extremely low temperatures it lowers brain chemical activity to a NEAR standstill, which then gives you more time to do the procedure and preserves most of the neurons.

  • I love how people all of sudden become full-fledged scientists in this kind of videos and discuss each other's comments with facts they come across on wikipedia. Way to go!

  • dog: i never asked for this

  • ok update while i was thinking respertory reflex should still function but its funtionality is unworkable....cus of the lungs removed the reflex can still funtion but its ''command'' is not being recieved by the removed lungs so my last post should be considdered as deleted...

  • THE BRAINS SHOULD HAVE A RESPERTORY REFLEX THAT MEANS IT SHOULD TRY TO BREATH THROUGH ITS REMAINING LUNG CONNECTION EVEN THOUGH IT HAS ENOUGH OXIGEN FLOWING THROUGH IT VEINS...my opinion about this is the brain has many ''unwanted'' reflexes that only by adding oxigen and blood cannot be suppressed

  • this is cool as fuck and disturbing at the same time.

    what an interesting experience.

  • I woulda grabbed that hammer and beat the shit outta the scientist, then I would have put the dog out of its misery. Sick fucks. I don't care if you like this... is it really needed? This science? No its just cruel. I love science but what the fuck.

  • @SpaceshipAwesome ... Its pre-soviet union bro... i mean i could understand you getting upset now in todays age, but really this is so long ago that there has already been astop put to it. Which actually makes this video even more invaluable, saving other dogs lives by keeping the known knowledge alive so researchers can have a little window into the scientists work of the past.

  • @SpaceshipAwesome The dogs conchis brain has died long ago and imagin how this tech could be used dumb fuck

  • Anyone saying that this would be torture, the dog has no neurological outputs anywhere below his neck, so he doesnt feel anything. its completely numb for the dog. Hes not in pain.

  • To think, this was done in the 30's... Imagine what technology today could do. That's why I like experiments like these. It may be cruel, but animals are tested for everything now-a-days, and most animal testing is cruel like this.

  • this is DISGUSTING. crazy russians!!!

  • Why has this video got 3,403 likes? This is the most inhumane shit i have ever fucking seen!! A healthy dog is decapitated surgicaly for EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSES! and is then brought back to life artificially with no body? and then they just kill it again when their satisphied with the results they've achieved? People are fucked up i! that i know! this is proof! The lack of respect for this dog from these attention seeking unfunny cunts commenting on this video is unbelievable! Purelolz468=bastard

  • @packapunch01 Deal with it.

  • OMFG thats freaking creepy!

  • This is really fucked up. Especially since we don't need this science. :/ the world is already overpopulated, and people need to die off naturally, not have mechanical bodies to keep living an unnatural life. It sounds all messed up, that people need to die, but that's how life works. :/ It's fucked up to torture this poor dog, and try to create something so... Wrong.

  • @DisconsolateFlower Marxist.

  • @SayNoToTheism Tell me what you think the definition of marxist is.. And I'll correct you. (:

  • @DisconsolateFlower Extreme left wing liberals who actively endorse a global, stateless and borderless union of nations, want to bring about a totalitarian system like that of the Soviet Union. I don't care about the differences between Leninism, Trotskyism, Stalinism, Taoism and so on and so on, or why you think I'm wrong, it's all the same stupid bullshit to me.

  • When was this video taken? 1930's-1950's? Imagine what type of hidden tech they have now.

  • this is so fucking cruel oh my god...

  • Dog: Kill me.

    Medic: Later.

  • @PureLolz468 ahh... now i understand how spys head survives... :D

  • @PureLolz468 HAH!

  • @PureLolz468 I love you.

  • Oh...oh no... Noooooo...

  • i never post questions like a youtube n00b if the info is online (heard that lazy bastards?) , but i just came from an awfully heavy class and im tired, can somebody tell me if its real?

  • I don't get it.

  • if you look carefully you can see that the dog doesn't have a body o.O

  • that has to be one of the saddest things i've ever seen.

  • Реально собаку жаль...

  • Seem's real, but it's fucking wrecked.

  • and they say we will never have zombies : /

  • @CorruptedCorpseSaku "zombies" are autonomous

  • Бедная собачка. Чтобы горели в аду те, кто такое сотворил

  • They say animals don't really have a soul, their just living things.

  • I feel sad for the dog with his body

  • this is fake, see how the dog moves his whole head when the hammer hits...that would be impossible if it was just a head...just think about it, you have to ability to move your head if you have no neck or body

  • @rbxtreme96 It has a neck.

  • @EdgeZombie not enough of a neck to move his head like that

  • @EdgeZombie and your neck needs a body to pull on in order to move...this is fake

  • Who the fuck would want to live out their existence as just a head? What a pointless experiment.

  • The US (Robert J. White in 1963) did that with chimpanzee. Cut the heads of two chimpanzee off, and put one of them on the body of the other. The head was fully conscious, but didn't live long.

  • poor doggy :(

  • definitely fake

  • This is fake, they did it to impress the Americans.

Separating a head from a body is way harder than it might seem.

  • @madichelp0 And where did you draw that conclusion? There is a possibility that the video was re-enacted, but the studies themselves were highly documented with no reason of doubt of the authenticity.

  • Guys... its a fake, Dogs head moves, just that simple act alone take 47 different muscles, tendons etc, most of witch are located in the neck

  • @dushiemcbag

    It's not fake

It does not do any movements that would require a neck

  • @Bumperpegasus yes it did. At the end it nearly lifted its entire head off the table, would definitely require connective tendons at the very least to a collar bone.

  • Ya know.... I just realized that if the times and situation were different. I could have a very BAD man.

  • People need to understand that the dog isn't conscious, stop personifying animals. Imagine if this technique were available to humans, and you would be able to replace your damaged human body with a machine.

  • @MMLauritsen

    i never asked for this

  • @MMLauritsen The dog is conscious, its clearly able to react to its environment don't try to sugar-coat this. However I agree that people shouldn't become so attached, worse things have been done before and are currently being done, but that's the price to pay if you want advancement in medical and scientific fields.

  • @MMLauritsen this is the path to immortailiy

  • @MMLauritsen you're a fucking retard kid, how the hell wouldn't the dog be conscious, it has a brain, and a beating "heart" it WOULD be conscious and it would be like torture

  • @MMLauritsen Isn't conscious? What the fuck video were you watching you dipshit motherfucker. It was displaying EVERY characteristic of consciousness including responding to sight, sound, smell, and taste. It was acutely aware of what was going on, but couldn't do anything about it. It has the cerebral ability to understand that it is in pain, can't move, and is scared. It doesn't require human intellect to feel those things. This is murder, torture, and foul.

  • Text at the end: FROM THE REVIVAL OF SEPARATE ORGANS TO THE REVIVAL OF A WHOLE ORGANISM

  • "KILL ME NOW"

  • I understand that its for important research at times...I just hate that we use animals. =( ESPECIALLY when its for trivial things such as cosmetics or things that are NEVER going to meet fruition.

  • @Shirraz87 cosmetics? seriously? i don't see the problem with shampooing a dog or a monkey.

  • Keep smashing that hammer down. Meanies.

  • back in the fifties they did this to chimps, then reattached their heads to other bodies

  • this is so fucking badass, i would partake in a second if they gave me a badass body suit.

  • Oh my God....oh my God.

Couldn't watch it after they brought the real thing in.

  • I think Germans and Russians have more neanderthal in them then any other whites. they are both fucking sick and ruthless. This theory can be true because most Russians have thick brow lines and deep eyes as neanderthals are believed to have. Hmm.ಠ_ರೃ idk just a thought...¯\(°_o)/¯

  • @youngrelleus19 are you evangelical or retarded?...or maybe both, that's the same reasoning that nazis used .Also the experiment on the video was amazing for the time it took place

  • @youngrelleus19 That's racist.

  • @youngrelleus19 Following your reasoning doing experiments like these will make you a neanderthal? Look at your government, I bet they don't even publish a tenth of what they to with you people.

  • what about them nutrients

  • The video is very interesting Surgery wise.

    .

But this is just shows the finest and worst way you could ever torture a dog.

  • I read that the video showed the dog's head being fed a treat, only for it to land on the table behind the head. Didn't see it though.

  • Sick fucks. Who the hell would do this?

  • @straite2hell russians

  • I really think people can be the most evil thing I have ever heard - whoever did this should rott in HELL. I am ashamed of what the human race finds acceptable to do to animals.

  • @devonfarm It's still fucked up, but it shows that people's heads can potentially be salvaged after grievous bodily injury. Did you know plenty of modern surgery procedures only exist right now due to totally fucked up procedures done in WW2?

  • WTF

  • You're all retards for believing this clip is real.

  • @striktlynorrland Research first. This experiment took place.

  • @striktlynorrland It is 100% real. You must feel pretty retarded now.

  • @MrMattmart It's actually not, double-tard. The experiments themselves were probably carried out but this is nothing but poor 1940's special effects, not proof of what they did. It may come as a shock, but everything on the internet aren't real.

  • Holy ..... o_O.............. crap

  • @Supergangstar1234 shut the fuck up im saying the damn theory interesting not the actual experiment dumbass

  • This very interesting (commemt added before video was watched)

  • @89elmonster this will be more interes when you end like this fucking muther fucker

  • why would any one want to do such a sick thing?

  • Why? Because things learned from such an experiment could have potential to lives from traumatic injury. And as cruel as it sounds, it's just a a dog. Rather test new surgical procedures on people? Understand that something like 90% of modern surgical procedures came from experiments like this, and worse. Especially transplant surgery pioneered by the Nazis from tests done on Soviet POW's and concentration camp prisoners. Makes you think doesn't it.

  • @Goodspittin Yes...that humans are selfish creatures.

  • @Goodspittin You are right, but Nazis had not pioneered anything on the field of transplant surgery.

  • @Goodspittin You're right, but nowadays there's always people willing to donate themselves to the trial of a new drug or experiment. I bet 50 people in this country alone who are already dying would do it.

  • @Goodspittin i don't know how to say this without sounding pretentious, so i'm sorry, but you really have no idea what it's like to be a dog

  • @Goodspittin duhuhuh think? what dat mean?

  • @fernandodchusyd well, to test if it would be possible ffor things like when a heart failure or something happens, the head can be revived

  • @fernandodchusyd BECAUSE SCIENCE

  • @SciGuy013 Rather science than religion.

  • @fernandodchusyd Because this has fascinating scientific applications. There are thousands of experiments such as this that are morally questionable, but could could provide the information necessary to save a multitude of human lives.

  • @fernandodchusyd

    tbh it is for science.

Very horrible and I don't really agrees with it but with the todays ethics we could only dream of doing such advances they did during that time.

  • @fernandodchusyd Why, for the purpose of testing and research artificial life support in pre-soviet republic, of course!

  • @fernandodchusyd Over 3 million cats and dogs are euthanized in the US every year for no reason other than nobody will adopt them. This is very cruel, but killing dogs for no justifiable purpose still happens daily and legally all over the world.

  • @flattopbox Tell that to PETA, they euthanize a whole bunch of animals that they 'save'.

  • @fernandodchusyd Think of it. Futurama. Live forever.

  • @fernandodchusyd to further knowledge and understanding, you dumbass

  • @fernandodchusyd (SCIENCE)

  • myslicie ze na ludziach tego nie próbowali ?!

  • Oh my gosh this is horrible. As amazing as this discovery is, it's too disturbing for me to appreciate the scientific value of such an experiment.

  • The issue was never about putting life in a detached head, it's about making the connection of the spine afterwards, without that, there is no life.

  • weird side of youtube... again.

  • biedny kurwa pies.

  • fake! check when the dog move the tongue/

  • so wrong

  • MotherFucker -.-

  • Perfect solution for people to lazy to take away the shit of there dogs. I sayed for the people not for the dog. Save money and time, too.

  • Today, such experiments are prohibited by law.

  • @MrSrgj

    Too bad.

    Morality bullshit.

  • Thats completely unessecary and pretty messed up, yet it's still amazing that it worked (so the Commies were at 1 sucessful experiment to 8,965,936 failed (lol))

  • This is fucked up and fuckin cruel, i hope who ever enjoys this plus the people for doing this gets tortured

  • i find this acceptable. if i was to be executed i would want my head to be remained alive. He's a genius, and I don't give a shit what animal fuck-faces have to say about it.

  • this is evil. i dont care if it was fore science, they should have used the scientists head instead.

  • WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. THIS SHIT ONLY EXISTS IN OLD HORROR FILMS.

  • @Clonetrooper111 no it does not, this is an age of technology boy. get over it, this is happening and this is real.

  • That poor dog D:

  • this is the future for hillary

  • EVILL

  • Why in the hell do we use poor defenseless animals??? Use prisoners that have raped poor little girls

  • Lassie from hell

  • BS, you need muscles to move a head like that in the end of the vid.

    Fake.

  • It doesnt need to breath because the oxygen is being pumped into the blood through the tube.

  • it's horrible !
