I'm gay myself and most gaymen are hard, cheat, etc... I can barely handle it myself plus the fact that most gay people feel it when others are gay. It's just something I always felt about him. No whistful thinking at all. Plus the fact that we there was this guy always hanging around him the last Kelly Family years.

wow...this just made me cry. thinking about singing it with my cousin when we were - what? - seven years old. all the beloved people we still had around us. how innocent we were. what happened in our lifes since then. a lot of flashbacks going on in my head right now.

I agree, it seems quite rude and this is such a meaningful song he wrote and sung!!! If I was there I would be so silent not wanting to miss a single note played and not miss a single word sung!!!! Everybody is different I guess. He tried to get the audience involved in song when he said come on everybody and he had to raise his voice after he first started singing!!

Why can't you all just remember Paddy the brilliant way he was as an artist and surely still is as a man, monk or not.... Some people don't regard living in a monastery as a burden or as hiding, but as their truely determination and as a great luck.
he is happy, finally found the place he wants to be and so we all shouldnt only see that WE miss him.. e should think of him and have a smile on the face!

i've just read one of his poems. He was saying that he wants to be himself and he is scared about all of us,scared about those ones who are saying:i like,i love u,cause they are loving somebodyelse,not the real Paddy. he said he hates this world who causes so much pain. i'm sure he is more calm,if not happy! be yourself,like Paddy did! ;D
Where have you read these poems at? I can understand what he is talking about. If people get to see the real Paddy I'm quite sure they will see he is just as normal like you and me. I enjoy listening to his music just like I enjoy listening to his family's music as well. When he is ready to sing again or just want to enjoy life then I support his decision all the way.
Aż sie wzruszyłam... strasznie chciałabym cofnąć czas... Wiecie, gdy Paddy robił pewne miny, to srawał mi przed oczami, ten dawny szaleńczy Paddy z długimi włosami... napozór niewiele sie zmienił, a jednak zmienił się tak ogromnie... Wierze, że Paddy bedzie szczęśliwy, bo bardzo na to zasługuje !!!
