There's nothing about this guys physique that looks like he's on steroids. If you look at him in street clothes he is very average sized, but when he's in the "after" pics he looks a lot bigger than he is because he's so ripped that it creates the illusion of being much bigger than he is.
Likewise if you see Obi Obadike, one of the top fitness physique models in street clothes he looks like a super fit guy, but once his shirt comes off he looks considerably bigger because he is so ripped!
beautiful morning beautiful place , beautiful people .......... which kind of drugs make u see elves and let the sun shine out of everybodys ass ??? i want them ...
People seem obsessed with labeling fit people as steroid users! Especially in America it seems hugely popular to add 1+1 without any further thought when in sight of a muscular person.
The guy says he gained 13 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks. Impossible. But is he on steroids? Not necessarily. In the photos where he's overweight you can clearly see he already has good muscles underneath all the fat. So he's already got most of the muscle, and just needs to get rid of the fat. I bet they paid him to get fat in the first place, cause if you've been fit it's much easier to get fit again.
@siiben in which world it is impossible? if you have a good trainer and he tells you everything you should do and you have a cook who cooks you food you should eat it is easy to gain 2x more then.
@omgzorz1235 In this world. Sure if you're a beginner (which this guy isn't, as I said) you can gain relatively much muscle mass quite quickly. But even as a beginner, you'd struggle to gain 13 lbs in 12 weeks. That's abut 6 kg in under three months. Even with perfect nutrition+training it's simply not natural for a human being. We're talking pure muscle mass here, not just any weight. With perfect training and nutrition, 3-6 kg a YEAR is extremely good for anyone.
@omgzorz1235 OK, well surely you hadn't been lifting for very long at that stage? After just a couple of years of training, the speed of growth reduces big time. Lets say you gain as much as you did in your first year of training, well by the time you're into your third year, you'd do well to gain 6-7 pounds a year. Ask any natural bodybuilder or doctor in exercise science and they'll tell you the same..
00mass00, im not on roids and i do sometimes wake up finding new muscles i hadnt noticed before, depends how my week of traing was or some sudden change in my training or how my diet changed a bit,if i eat big for a few days i notice im looking bigger and if i eat less i look a bit more cut, train harder in it ,train like each time you train its the first day you started, move the weights slower or higher the weight and maybe move em a bit faster, keep changing your routine around :)
i aint on roids ,i have used roids but who cares, with or with out so what ,you dont just use roids and automaticaly get big all of a sudden,im off roids 2 or 3 years i dont even have a good diet but 4 years ago i was nearly 19 stone, now im 13 stone just because i go and train in the gym 4 days a week ,your body is a machine and you can mould and change it by just using your head its not so hard to eat the right food and do the exercises,if you dont do it your just lazy thats all
8:48 Whaha I never notice new muscles when I wake up after an intense training.. the body needs like 48 hours to actually adjust so yeah steroids for life

@TheInbornMechanics You've never done P90x. I was a 98 pound weekling, litterally, not joking I was 98 pounds. Now i'm 120 and like pure muscle, (still a tiny bit of ribs showing, need to fill that out (i'm 5'6)). P90X changed my life ^^.
uhh 5-7 pounds a year is possible if training consistently. I think you mean those retards that think its possible to gain 10 pounds of muscle in 3 months.
@JokerPokerUberSmoker 3 hours a week ahahaha! I train 3 hours every day and it does not go that fast to transform from from a being fat to ripped in 12 weeks if you train 3 hours a week, not that i have ever been fat but i know that for a fact lol. So what are these guys selling? Because, they must be selling something if they make this crappy video lol.
@kwanakakj2012 Body for Life by Bill Philips. It really does work. The comments on this page are ridiculous. My husband has done this plan and it works. I have even done it myself (up to week 7 though--on a 12 wk plan) You just have to follow properly, no short cuts, no more no less and simply commit to it. He has everything all planned out for you. bodyforlife(dot)com good luck. It does work.
People, dont listen to TheInbornMechanic, he's a hopeless analphabet who doesnt workout. How much muscle you put on depends of your training. You dont need 10 years, you can make a minimum of 20-25 pounds in a year. A MINIMUM! Of course, with proper workout and proper nutrition.
I hate to break it to ya but theinbornmechanic is partially right. He is wrong that 5-7 pounds is not possible a year, but there is no way you can gain 20-25 lbs of muscle a year. Some bodybuilders are praised for being able to gain up to 20 lbs a year and we all know they use steroids. From what I heard from very serious lifters that have done it for years, 10lbs a year would probably be the max for natural lifters.
My friend, I've put on about 36 pounds, and I didnt use steroids or anything like it. If I could do it ,anyone could put on the same amount, even more, but the thing is you havent tried , and you've heard some speculations from a people who havent experienced it, but still think they are competent to argue about it.
P.S. Ask someone from abroad, after all, those people you asked are probably Americans, true?
It's easy to go up 36 lbs. It's hard to go up 36lbs of lean body mass. Did you measure your bodyfat before and after that weight gain? How do you know it's all muscle?
@TheInbornMechanics The amount of muscle you gain is dependent on your experience, generally speaking, beginners can gain a lot more muscle a lot faster. However, with proper diet, training, and good genetics, you can naturally gain ~1-2 lbs a month leanly.
@TheInbornMechanics Of course its possible to gain 5-7 Pounds of muscle per year! It is possible, but it needs very hard training (Super Squats, P.I.T.T. training ect.), enough rest, correct nutrition and discipline.
Only if you've been working out for a few years, it might be difficult to gain extra 5-7 pounds of muscle.
I've gained 12 pounds in 6 Weeks with the Super Squats! (okey maybe not only muscle but at least 8-10 pounds of muscle! Naturally!!!
@TheInbornMechanics I agree.....TV is filled with Get rich quick investments, lose weight in 10 days, get ripped in just 5mins a day Bullshit!!! If you read all the small print it says "With diet and PROPER EXERCISE" meaning just sitting on your couch and taking pills will NOT get you ripped. Nuff Said
That's because people are lazy and used to taking shortcuts. In a nation where materialism is rampant, people think money can buy effort and everything else. They get sucked into pills and magical shit like that. People need to start working out with the mindset that it's not gonna be easy and it's gonna be nothing but hard work but instead they have a lazy mindset
guys sc mee if im not rithing corectly .....im from romania ..i try my best :):):) ....I want to say firs thet i apriciate all the thinks thet you did ........its fantastic .............its the first time i hear about the BFL and i alwais wanteh to have an feet body ..im going to doit ...alll the best in your life and sya in 12 wekks .... pace ionel
Good effort guys !!!!!find it hard to believe tho I train 5 times a week and can add 1to 2pounds per three month period max 14 pounds how's that measured
@TheInbornMechanics you are full of crap! I did BFL went from 273lbs to 203lbs in 12 weeks. It doesn't work if you don't do it. Bill Phillips donates 100% of the proceeds of the book/program to make a wish foundation chump. So do a little research b4 you post tripe like that.
@TheInbornMechanics YOUR DAM RIGHT! to get GOOD muscles (w/o taking drugs) you need to workout different muscles everyday....and the result can be VERY long ! you need to work resistance and endurance EVERYDAY!
@TheInbornMechanics you fucking dumbass im not saying everyone could do it im just saying what i did and its kinda hard to gain fat while on a no card or fat diet and training in the gym for 6 hrs each day and i havent grown in 2 years. every person is different and every persons muscle development is different oh by the way you misspelled dufus jackass
@TheInbornMechanics Actually for someone who starts lifting Now can gain up to 10 pounds in a year. But someone who has been training for years its impossible. And you dont lift EVERY DAY. Muscle grows when you are resting, not when you are lifting. If you lift every day you will stop the process in your body. IMO its amazing how people train one and same program over and over again. Change the methods! Even if some method is working for you change it and try new methods!
@TheInbornMechanics I remember reading an entire book about roids, and it was claimed that you can gain 1/2 pound per week, but more likely 1/4 pound per week, if your life depends on it, and depending on genetics and age.
You cannot build 13 lbs of muscle and lose 24 lbs of fat in a 12 week period. What the FUCK is he talking about? It's simple physiology of the human being...anyone who has done bodybuilding knows your body cannot be anabolic and catabolic at the same time. Give or take, perhaps a little bit, but not that drastic and extreme! What a joke.
@TheInbornMechanics A-fucking-men. I have absolutely no pity and no mercy for the fat fucks I am forced to be around in my life and in the gym. I absolutely hate it when they come up to me in the gym and ask how I did it. I tell em its dieting hard, training hard, and giving 110% in every avenue of life. They just stare blankly and ask if there is any other way. NO! Those who work for only success, have no margin of error otherwise if they stay true.
I hate to troll.. But the photo of them after the fattie photos is totally photoshopped. Their faces are pasty White and their bodies are really tanned. Usually it's the other way around. Just sayin.
I do not think it is photoshopped nor steroids. However, there is no way s/he looked like that after just 12 weeks of exercise. Nope. Those photos are probably after months-years of training. And on that photo day I bet they were both dehydrated for the shrink wrap effect. We should all just try to be healthy and "in-shape," nothing extreme. @TheInbornMechanics The amount of muscle you gain is dependent on your experience, generally speaking, beginners can gain a lot more muscle a lot faster. However, with proper diet, training, and good genetics, you can naturally gain ~1-2 lbs a month leanly.

Great job, I think you might like my transformation vid too, keep up the hard work!

Test it

@TheInbornMechanics I agree.....TV is filled with Get rich quick investments, lose weight in 10 days, get ripped in just 5mins a day Bullshit!!! If you read all the small print it says "With diet and PROPER EXERCISE" meaning just sitting on your couch and taking pills will NOT get you ripped. Nuff Said
CShannon0607 1 year ago
@CShannon0607

@TheInbornMechanics YOUR DAM RIGHT! to get GOOD muscles (w/o taking drugs) you need to workout different muscles everyday....and the result can be VERY long ! you need to work resistance and endurance EVERYDAY!
