I'm confused why you said that ass holes like the white van at 0:42 make the road dangerous... and need to lose their license. Did he do something you can't see in the video? Not trying to start an argument or anything I just couldn't see them doing anything wrong from the video...
Yeah, it's in the description. :P He came around a blind, fairly sharp corner and was well over the line, more in my lane than his. Absolutely unforgivable. There's no excuse either, I managed to keep a bigass Honda Pilot with a trailer behind it out of the oncoming lane, they should have been the same. Their failure shows a clear inability to drive safely.
ah yes, well then I would for sure agree with you on the license getting taken away thing. There are some seriously crazy ass drivers out there and it doesn't help when your harder to spot than most cars on the road. Ride safe man!
I think there were 3 of them on that ride. I'm a bit of a hipocrit though, Wilson and I both came out of a corner ON the DY, and you can see it in the vid a little white Mini goes by right then too. That was Killboy, and I kinda felt bad about it.
The blind corners followed by even sharper blind corners are a lot of fun. I'm happy for those SLO warnings.
I find that if you do random shit while riding, people tend to not stick so close to your tail. It's become a habit with me because people like to stick a little to close to your six here.
Watching someone's brake lights doesn't always work though. If someone were to do that behind me while I'm riding, they would without a doubt crash into me. I don't brake much in corners, I let the engine do all the work. So I guess it would help to know how the rider rides first.
I didn't say to rely on them, I said they'll help. Aaron didn't use his brakes all that much either, hence the comment "If he's on them, I definitely need to be on them." If you don't know the people you're riding with you shouldn't be taking any clues off them at all, tbh.
Very nice man. I thought ur gone go down a few times but u probly werent even close XD. Will there be moar :O?

Yeah, uploading the last from that ride in a few minutes actually.

Hey! Really top-notch vlogging. Mucho respect. Like the 3 cam gopro set-up you have there. Must be a bitch to edit, so like I say... RESPECT.

Thanks man. It's not really that difficult though, just a matter of getting the vid tracks in sync. :)

It says SLO because they knew you were coming. lmao.

I guess not in pack riding but have yuo ever tried backing it into courners ?
Mega fun but not good with people close to you, unless on a racetrack
steadiworkz 2 years ago
I'm not really that good yet, tbh. Doubt it's very easy to do on something that weighs as much as a VFR though.

I can't decide what happened between 2:20 and 2:23....either I hit a flat portion of road or my back tire slid out.
WilsonRydeR69 2 years ago
Looks like maybe the whole bike slid a bit on the line, but there's a LOT of random little elevation changes on that road.

Damn, great video.
Either I'm just happy because it's Friday and I have a few beers or that was a pretty darn good riding video.

I may be a bit biased, but I'm gonna go with B.

Oh man. When I go next year, I'll HAVE to be the sweeper. I'll be riding as slow as molasseses in the winter time. Great vid!
theSMYRNAcowboy 2 years ago
Eh, fast, slow, whatever. You can't be any slower than SuburbanRider. ;)
Trinith 2 years ago
I don't think you would want to bet on that one my friend. LOL

But he had fun, didnt he.

Yeah, it makes the people behind you wonder if you should be on a motorcycle or not too...

Awsome vid Trinith!
I especially liked the WR69 part, maybe he just likes to look at your ass up close ;D.
JK Wilson!

I'm thinking that too.

I love the setup, I gotta do that next year for sure!!!
LARC0 2 years ago
It was a PITA, but I think it was worth it.
Trinith 2 years ago
WR69 was just making sure he was in the shot the whole time. How often do you get to get filmed in the third person for an entire pass.
Itsreload 2 years ago
Well, unfortunately he was only really there for about half of it.

Wow, crazy rider behind ya T! Surprised you didn't pull to the white and let him go by....might have been safer. ;)
britex3186 2 years ago
I considered it. Then we sped up a bit and he was no longer right behind me. :)

My vote for the most awesome video of 2009....sucks that you caught me crossing the double yellow a few times :)

Yea, we both almost went into Mr Killboy. Almost felt bad about that.
