It does matter who you believe Jesus is. Jesus is God. He said he was, so you can't say he was prophet. He died on the cross, so you can be born again. If you don't have his holy spirit inside of you, you don't belong to him.

A quite interesting theory on prayers. Why do some people receive what they want and others dont? Think of it like this- you cant drink from an empty glass. What one receives after praying is considered to be a "borrowed" energy. One has to continue to do good deeds in order to borrow that energy and receive what he's asking for. It's like a bank account- you simply cant withdraw from an empty account. Same concept when praying...

By cry out they mean Call out weep to him confess your sins because when we dissapoint Jesus or are in need of him we don't pray to him in a normal voice we weep and are ashamed. But we no longer need to be once he forgives us and repent from out sins we should try as best as we can to continue on the path of GOD.

I went to Centrifuge in North Carolina this past summer. July 7-11. Todd Agnew was the Worship leader that we had. When he sang this song it made me fall to my knees and cry for Jesus. Jesus gave so much for us. A lot of times I take that for granted and don't fully appreciate what was sacrificed for us.
This song of course doesn't actually try to talk about what Jesus looked like in appearance and how we view his appearance but how He looked like in character/action and our wrongful view of that.
Let's not make Christ's appearance such a big dispute that we lose sight of the more important things, that He died for us all to forgive us our sins and that in Him there is neither male nor female, Jew nor Greek, slave nor free because we're all one in Christ Jesus our savior.

Have you missed the whole point of this song? It's not about who knows the bible better or who can prove themselves right or others wrong. It's about living as Christ lived.. about not following the world but boldly taking a stand for Christ. As for the colour of Jesus' skin, whether it was black, white, purple or pink is not what the line was getting at, it was that he was scarred, bruised & beaten for our sins. Brother - many of these people are just kids trying to anger people. Much in the same way we made "crank calls" to people in the middle of the night. Remember: "Do you have Prince Albert in a can?" - Very few of these posters are actually adults.
Still, I think prayer is the way to go. One thing I like to think (and you may find this as well) - the loudest, most athiestic people in the world OFTEN turn into preachers and Godly men and women. Look at Paul. :)

Paul was originally Saul and he killed christians! he then heard God's voice and God said, Saul, Saul why are you persecuting me? it was then that Saul converted to Christ and become Paul. Paul wrote most of the new testiment with books like Galations, Acts - his imprisonment on the island, and Romans. he wrote more too. for some reason there are a lot of false teachers that are warped that go against Paul on youtube. A quite interesting theory on prayers. Why do some people receive what they want and others dont? Think of it like this- you cant drink from an empty glass. What one receives after praying is considered to be a "borrowed" energy. One has to continue to do good deeds in order to borrow that energy and receive what he's asking for. It's like a bank account- you simply cant withdraw from an empty account. Same concept when praying...

In it self drinking is not a sin. But to drink excessively is. Also perhaps if you were to drink out of a wrong motive it would be. Silly example: I'm angry with my sibling, I'm going to have a beer because of it!

By cry out they mean Call out weep to him confess your sins because when we dissapoint Jesus or are in need of him we don't pray to him in a normal voice we weep and are ashamed. I am going through the same problems. I have bad anxiety and paranoia problems, and i lock myself in my room and have no social life. I am very lonely. Write me back if you want to, we can talk. i stand in awe at the wonders my Jesus has done for me. even after i sin, he still loves me!! all of those miracles he performed for unworthy people just like me....wow. and the pain and suffering he encountered on the cross for me...for me. he was so undeserving of all they did to Him. I can't believe that someone would do that to Him...it's so bittersweet. i wanna be like my Jesus!!! everything he has done just takes my breath away!!!

I went to Centrifuge in North Carolina this past summer. July 7-11. Todd Agnew was the Worship leader that we had. When he sang this song it made me fall to my knees and cry for Jesus. Jesus gave so much for us. A lot of times I take that for granted and don't fully appreciate what was sacrificed for us.

This song of course doesn't actually try to talk about what Jesus looked like in appearance and how we view his appearance but how He looked like in character/action and our wrongful view of that.
Let's not make Christ's appearance such a big dispute that we lose sight of the more important things, that He died for us all to forgive us our sins and that in Him there is neither male nor female, Jew nor Greek, slave nor free because we're all one in Christ Jesus our savior.

Have you missed the whole point of this song? It's not about who knows the bible better or who can prove themselves right or others wrong. It's about living as Christ lived.. about not following the world but boldly taking a stand for Christ. As for the colour of Jesus' skin, whether it was black, white, purple or pink is not what the line was getting at, it was that he was scarred, bruised & beaten for our sins. Stop arguing and start praising!!!

Jesus in the bible certainly wasn't white, he likely looked middle eastern.
However we as Christians need to look beyond all that. Jesus wasn't just a man may he have been white, black, yellow, red etc. but he also was the embodiement of God's love for us and God on earth. Rather then spreading his image, we need to spread his works and his message. Jesus died for our sins and we need to repent and accept him as our Lord and Savior and Love God and Love all people (our neighbors)

1. For truth sake, the bible says 'we must worhsip God by Spirit and Truth'. If you are making false images and call it Jesus, that is blaspheme.
2. When we worship the White Image of Jesus (Antichrist) for 500yrs No one complained and said colour doesn't matter, But now when we bring out the truth suddenly we say 'colour doesn't matter'.

I am not so certain there are sources that would back up black with woolly hair, I'm very sorry. Certainly not in the bible. If you have a geneolagy of the 70AD diaspora and where they ended up and when they came back etc. I'd love to see it, but as far as I can tell those that were scattered were still middle eastern.

The Revelation verses where it says they are imposters, my interpretation is that God is saying (just like in the time of Jesus) those people are NOT worshipping God in Spirit and Truth, but are just being 'ritualistic religious' or 'legalistic'
Yes God pronounced curses on those that would turn their hearts to idols. He also promised to bring them back, to change their hearts of stone to flesh. And he extended that blessing to all of us. Let's all realize we're sinners in need of Christ Jesus
