Were you doing this with or without the out riggers? I just bought an Adventure and find it super stable so far. Easy to get in and out of. Thanks for posting, nice video.

Yes I agree with you using out riggers. At this moment, I do not need out riggers for fishing in Chesapeake Bay. i have dagger board, sailing rudder for my model. When I have enough money i will get the out riggers for sailing.
There were birds. I was chasing birds for stripers.
Then I thought it could be a good idea to take a video. I was holding my camera so a few times I could not nanuever well. Later I made a helmet cam so my hands could be free in rough water.
3mm wet suit, 7mm boots, tether line to the kayak, two rescue knives, a cell phone and a VHF radio....Did you remember the flare gun?

No additional equipments attached to the kayak. Ama or out riggers can be a real pain in high waves and churning water.
Yes, hobie is stable and the best one for reentry for person weighs less than 200lb. It is long so you can actually advance facing the high waves.
