  • rsm s were like that back in the 60s an 70s my first one was like it

  • The most hysterical scene in the film.Jack Watson nails the role of the tough Sgt Major love Roger Moore's what am doing here expression for most of the exercise LOL.

  • @WilliamHoldenfan

Thats because Moore's character's heels are where his balls used to be ;)

  • One of my favourite action films. Jack Watson was perfectly cast as the hard as nails RSM!

  • good movie, good actors

  • THE RED BERET OF BRITISH PAARCAS ITS GREAT

  • @RonaldReaganfication Super PARARAMBOSASCOMMANDO yeap? xD Yes the maroon berets are the best, anyone who isn't maroon is just crap hat xD Conflicts inside the army are just epic.

  • "ON YOUR FEET YOUR FUCKIN ABORTION"

  • Britsh Drill Sergeants don't wear campaign hats? :?

  • @NodDisciple1

Its a very mixed unit.I think Sandy (The sgt. major) wears either a "Royal Fusiliers" badge or "Grenadier Guards" badge, for instance. Richard Harris character wears what I think is a "Royal Green Jackets" badge. Not sure about Roger Moores badge.."Jock" wears the "Black Watch" badge. Medic "Witty" wears the "Royal Army Medical Corps" badge...But most others wear the British Paratroopers badge..Even the South-African "Peter" wears one.

  • @FredDude27 brilliant description of the cap badges I think Sandy is wearing a Grenadiers badge as the Fusilliers badge has more detail on it, Rodger Moor is wearing either a Coldstream Guards badge or possibly a bad impression of an Irish Guards or Royal Dragoon Guards badge but I don't think this is the case as this being a British film the producers have put alot of detail in it so I think its Coldstream

  • Im sorry, no disrespect to the British military at all but i cannot take him seriously as a drill sergeant wearing those shorts

  • @Vadion12 I wouldn't argue with him if he was dressed for ballet.

  • @Vadion12

Oh, after five minutes you'd take him very seriously indeed.

  • i tried sir im dead. 45 got dat ass up quick he was gone lol:O

  • sad dat the drill seargent dies at the end oops did i spoil the movie for you newbooties too bad:)

  • @noobthizz33 Typical young Prick aren't you?

  • @jimlascola yes sir:)

  • Excellent sound, is just great.

  • Jack Watson who played the RSM was indeed a former PT instructor. I think he ranks with Lee Ermley for being the best cinema Drill Sgt.

  • I heard the actor was a PT instructor in the British Navy.

  • he reminds me of my RSM at cadets.....to much

  • "On your feet you fucking abortion!!!!"

  • @saanzacs "I tried sir...I'm dead!"

    *BANG* >zoom!<

  • @pheenix42 "Next time you will be, get out of my sight there!"

  • When all else fail play dead,my best defend mechanism haahhaaaahhh...

  • Great scene! Poor Richard Burton. Must be a pleasure for a sergeant to be able to treat officers that way.

  • I absolutely fucking love this. Sandy is possibly my favourite character from TWG.

  • Many thanks for uploading this scene.
