What is the best thing is the fact that your a woman, you have an advantage over male plastic surgeons because you a special level of understanding. Is there a way to do this procedure without the scarring? I would like it done but am terrified of the scars.

Any time that there is an incision, there will be a scar. But the quality of the scar should be very good unless you are a keloid former. It is a trade off, a nicer shape and youthful breast (with scars, hopefully minimal and barely visible after 6-12 months) vs. saggy breasts with no scars. As I said, it is a trade off, and only you can decide if it is worth it to you!

absolutely, the attachment of the nipple to the breast is not altered in any way, so you should be able to successfully breast feed!
