Ah I see. I did not realize that about the Melvoins. I do recognize Wendy's name though. I was surprised to see her listed as on the credits for Crossing Jordan (a show I am a casual fan of). I saw "Music by Wendy Melvoin", and then I think 'wow,..that makes sense'.

I recall back in 96 or 97 Jonathan's wife trying to sue SP for wrongful death.

The reason I know its Melvoin in Zero is because I saw an MTV europe excerpt about his death several years ago, and it showed the video still.

In response to what some people have said earlier, if you were actually serious. First of all, Billy's father played the song on "The Last Song", which is on the Thirty-Three cd single, not "Zero". Also, eerily enough, the guy who is playing "Beethoven" in the video is Jonathan Melvoin, who died of a drug overdose in July 1996.
